1. Методы e-learning и инновационного обучения с применением виртуальной реальности [№1 за 2014 год]

В статье представлены принципы и анализируются методы создания приложений, использующихся в инновационном обучении, основанном на технологии виртуальной реальности, которая представляет собой техно-логию для создания воображаемого мира с применением трехмерной графики и компьютерного моделирования и используется в разных сферах. В последнее время образование стало одной из заметных сфер ее применения. Ис-пользование систем виртуальной реальности увеличивает эффективность процесса обучения. Это отражается в осоз-нании, понимании, обучаемости и превращении информации в знания. В работе исследуются различные подходы к созданию интерактивных материалов для обучения: VRML – язык программирования для обучения в сети Интернет и Virtual Studio – медийный инструмент для создания обучающей студии и среды, вовлекающих обучающихся ак-тивным и интерактивным способами. В статье также анализируется подход, называемый Edutainment (обучающие игры), сочетающий в себе методы традиционного обучения и индустрии развлечений, представляя прогрессивные тенденции из области текстовой среды для человеко-компьютерного интерфейса и подкрепляя эти результаты тех-нологиями из цифрового интерактивного повествования, смешивая реальность и мультимодальный интерфейс, и на-конец, представляет фундаментальный трехмерный игровой подход в сфере обучающих игр.

2. Ontologies in the “Binary Model of Knowledge” [№1 за 2014 год]

Онтология представляет в формальном виде общее знание о предметной области для данного приложения. Конкретное знание для приложения выражается с помощью фактов, структурированных в соответствии с онтологией. База фактов представляет текущее состояние приложения. В настоящее время известно много формализмов для спецификации онтологий. Наиболее разработанными и исследованными являются языки дескриптивных логик. На основе этих логик были разработаны языки семейства OWL, которые признаны стандартными комитетом W3C. Однако эти языки не являются типизированными и поэтому лишены тех преимуществ, которыми обладают типизированные языки. В настоящей работе дается краткое описание типизированных концептуальных языков для разрабатываемой системы «Бинарная Модель Знаний» (БМЗ), предназначенной для построения и анализа онтологий и баз фактов. В частности, описаны язык структурной спецификации (для определения структуры индивидных объектов и фактов), язык запросов к базам фактов, язык логической спецификации (для спецификации экстенсионалов понятий), язык продукций (для состоятельного преобразования баз фактов). В работе также показана возможность применения системы БМЗ к задаче прогнозирования автодорожных пробок.

3. Algorithms for synthesis of band-blocking filters on smooth inhomogeneous lines for CAD microwave devices [№1 за 2014 год]

he paper is devoted to the development of algorithms for the synthesis of small band-blocking filters on smooth inhomogeneous lines that allow determining their structure and parameters, calculating the level of attenuation, re-searching potential of the frequency characteristics and possibilities of practical implementations for using in specialized CAD microwave. The disadvantages of known CAD are presented. The base of the algorithms is a new approach to obtaining one lane locking in filters on smooth inhomogeneous lines. This differs from the known Kona approach calculating resonator filters with inverters. New approach applies only half-wave or quarter-wave segments of inhomogeneous lines that switched on in "the passage". Forming the required characteristics of the filter operating attenuation happens because of local refle c-tions arising from change of a wave resistance of open loop homogeneous line wh en changing the deduction of input re-sistance in one of the poles. Known methods involve using multiple-cavity structures with additional links. It is shown that the wave resistance oscillates for the value of the specified wave resistance with frequency o f two times bigger than the reso-nant frequency with a change deduction. The values of a wave resistance are proportional to the changes deduction magn i-tude and decrease with increasing the length to the specified wave resistance of the transmission line. T he analytical expres-sions for determination of the wave resistance law, a resistance matrix of inhomogeneous lines, the frequency characteristics of the filter with one bar of locking are recieved. An equivalent circuit line is determined. An algorithm for calculating the working attenuation is proposed. The results of mathematical modeling are presented. It is shown that using of the proposed algorithms allows expanding the range of base-building elements for band-blocking filters. It also can improve the functioning quality of existing and prospective specialized CAD microwaves.

4. Method of modeling the detection process of air facilities by ground surveillance radar under the impact of passive jamming [№1 за 2014 год]

The article considers the modeling methodology for detection process of air facilities by ground surveillance radar under the impact of dipole passive jamming and natural passive jamming (local objects and the "angel echo" type ja m-ming). The methodology is created to implement this process in a Cosmonauts Training computer system for training combat crews of radar troops subdivisions. There was an analysis of the status and prospects of air and space attack devices and their application tactics. It shows that one way of overcoming air defense system is using radio interference. Electronic warfare provides passive jamming with high intensity. Moreover, passive jamming as reflections from the ground surface (local sub-jects) and from hydrometeors is always in radar receiver. Modeling detection process of air facilities by ground surveillance radar includes considering the capability of radar in jamming environment. It also should take into account origin aspects and impact of jamming on the radar. There are works that present approaches to making jamming models, but these approaches can not be implemented in a ground radar model operating in real time in rapidly changing complex conditions. The purpose of the paper is to provide an adequate and easily implemented modeling process of passive jamming affecting ground radar for using in training systems for training combat crews of radar troops subdivisions. The paper resents relations in formulas for calculating target detection facts when radar is under the impact of natural and artificial passive jamming.

5. A model of the information security events choice based on fuzzy automata [№1 за 2014 год]

The article is devoted to solving the current problem of the choice of security measures for various information sys-tems. This paper considers generalized fuzzy automata and adaptation of their structure to solve assigned tasks. A model of c hoice of measures to ensure security based on the fuzzy automata and a method of its construction is suggested. The model is a kind of fuzzy automata, which can be simultaneously in several states. It allows considering the simultaneous effect of several events , as well as their interactions with each other and the impact on the system parameters over time. A phased method of constructing fuzzy m a-chine according to the model requirements is proposed. A method for selecting actions based on the proposed model is presented. The paper also shows the application of the method for evaluating interventions based on the described model. The proposed model and the method for choosing information security measures can provide adequate description of the interaction between events and system concepts that affect the risks for a variety of information systems under uncertainty, the ability to analyze a simult aneous im-pact of measures from various groups (affecting the threats and vulnerabilities of the system) on the resulting risks level. Besides, the proposed model allows assessing the implementation of measures in stages, as well as considering the impact on information r e-sources over time. The developed model and method can be used in designing decision-support tools in the feild of information security.

6. Automated system of testing software in compiled form [№1 за 2014 год]

The article states that the essential condition of an extensive software use is ISO/IEC 00002 certification. It in-volves formal testing by specialists to ensure its compliance with standards and regulations. Testing is to be ensured by a specified quality of the assigned tasks results. The article points out that certification provides controlled program running with a finite set of data and its further analy-sis in order to detect errors. The analysis proves relevance of the following problem: software has to be tested in a compiled form. The authors propose the modified genetic algorithms as a tool for creating a finite set of data. The article presents a meth-odology (topology) of the initial data (ID) representation using software tools for engineering calculations. The topology in question can be reduced to representation of three types of variables: ID sets of real random type within a certain range, ID sets of positive integer type within a certain range, sets of logical (Boolean) variables. The authors suggest the initial data to-pology coding genotype as three chromosomes. An algorithm of the finite data sets generation is developed, with the data completeness criteria being established. The sequence and technique of software testing is described. The procedure-oriented (production) models to evaluate test results are given as examples. The article shows the advantage of this method compared to the current means of certification of compiled software.

7. Intelligent procedures of technological processes design in integrated cad-cam systems [№1 за 2014 год]

The efficiency of synthesis procedures in computer-aided design systems (CAD systems) of machining opera-tion processes is determined by a system hierarchical structure, choice validity of the of input and output information flows in its elements (subsystems), input-output data converting rules and possibility of dynamic response to a production situation in machining workshops. For this purpose the authors have carried out the research of an intelligent CAD system for the multi-product machinery production with a computer integrated manufacturing control (in view of the CAM system approach). A set-theoretic approach is applied in the research. A set of elements is assigned to a CAD system, with each element compl y-ing with its function and links, some of them are depend on time parameter. The composition and hierarchy of CAD subsystems are given. Subsystems implementing the learning curve and best practice concepts in machine processing procedures along with functions of solution selection criteria on the levels of solution synthesis decomposition as well as data and tem-poral connections to CAM are referred to specific features of a CAD system in question. The article considers decomposition levels of technological processes design and the associated CAD system functions within every le vel. The analyzed approach and rules of data conversion were used in the development of software tools for a computer-aided design of technological processes in the one-off and limited production environment. They are tested at one of the enterprises of Tver, Russia.

8. Analog modeling of electromagnetic fields based on electrotechnical devices [№1 за 2014 год]

The article is devoted to transforming the differential equations solving in private derivatives into well devel-oped investigative techniques for nonlinear dynamic systems. These systems allow comparing the equation in private deriva-tives with dynamic system to its subsequent modeling using electrotechnical devices, analog-digital complexes. The paper al-so considers modeling pictures of electromagnetic fields based on transients without false jumps at construction of equal cu r-rent lines. The novelty of the algorithm is in the reduction of differential equations in partial derivatives of Laplace and Pois-son to a dynamical system – the system of the first-order nonlinear differential equations on the basis of electrotechnical equivalent circuits. Solving system of the first-order nonlinear differential equations is carried out in the MATLAB-Simulink GUI environment, where the choice of parameters of input data block for implementing a complex of programs is offered to the user. It is for simplification and understanding of using given program. The block diagram of the dynamic system is created. It displays the dynamics of the process, where elements of the scheme are operational amplifiers. Those amplifiers are the base for comparison of the electrical equivalent circuit. The art i-cle gives examples of creating static electromagnetic fields in a phase plane.

9. Modeling agents interaction in a multi-agent system using the apparatus of coloured petri nets and fuzzy logic [№1 за 2014 год]

The article identifies problems in functioning of major adaptive information systems, as well as the basic re-quirements. It allows forming a structure of an adaptive information system and highlighting its main segments. The paper al-so shows functions of system components and describes its action. A structure of agent-based component of the adaptive in-formation system with the consideration of the functions of agents is obtained. Using the apparatus of colored Petri nets the author models the process of agents’ interaction in a multi-agent adaptive information system. A basic set of colors is shown, the main model components are considered, model work at different stages is researched, an analysis of the main systems properties is made. The article describes tasks processing by systems agents, basic states of agents used in processing tasks, queues mechanisms in system functioning. A description of the agents is shown like a tuple. A model of construction quality evaluation is considered. A prototype of fuzzy inference system is built based on obtained common set of production rules, optimized to enhance the sustainability and adequacy of the model, as well as certain fuzzy linguistic variables. A term set of linguistic variables are considered. The construction quality estimation based on input data is made. The effect of variations of input fuzzy linguistic variables for the output variable is analyzed. The three-dimensional visualization of the quality as-sessment model is obtained and analyzed.

10. Automated system for synthesis of physical principle of technical systems action [№1 за 2014 год]

The paper discusses and analyzes the existing methods for the synthesis of physical principle of technical sys-tems. The research has shown that practical using of existing methods for the synthesis of structures of physical action prin-ciple does not meet the needs of scientists and engineers fully. To mitigate identified drawbacks, more efficient and fast method to automate the synthesis of the physical principle of operation had been developed. It is based on the analysis of properties changes of the object of physical effects. The new compatibility conditions include analysis of physical effects compatibility according to impact, structure and objects phase, as well as the range of values of physical quantities. Based on proposed conditions of compatibility, automated synthesis system of the physical principle of action was developed. It allows increasing the quality of the technical decisions. The paper presents the architecture of an automated synthesis system and its database scheme. It also presents a variety of diagrams in UML notation, explaining the operation of the automated synthesis system of the physical principle of action.
