31. Investment risks management for construction organizations based on bayesian information technologies [№1 за 2014 год]

The article considers problems of risk management for investment projects in construction under uncertainty and when productive-economic situation is unstabilized. The authors suggest a complex model of united services “Builder-Client-Contractor” and methods for organizing process approach to risk management of construction projects. The methods are implemented on the basis of "Infoanalitik_stroyinvest" platform. The article describes the methods for assessment and derisking for construction projects under uncertainty. The hierarchical model of risks assessment is based on Bayesian infor-mation technologies (BIT). A procedure of receiving the regularized Bayesian estimates (RBE) based on dynamic restrictions models is described, as well as a possibility of changing object properties and connections between them while managing the object. The main expressions for investment risks assessment for construction projects based on BITS are offered. The con-volution technology of posterior estimates of various indicators for receiving generally integrated assessment in the form of RBE is shown. The paper also shows a possibility of using a scale with dynamic constraints. This type of scale for measure-ment the properties of one-dimensional indicator is two-dimensional. One axis represents indicator values in numerical or linguistic form. The other shows a measure of belief for a result. A multi -dimensional scale is made in multidimensional space of parameters with adding controlled indicators. When switching to a new higher level of hyerarhy, a scale changes in-to integrated index with forming a new two-dimensional scale. In automatic mode the system gives recommendations for changing the situation. Risk assessment is accompanied by counting metrological indexes which are united into complexes of metrological properties. Developed model of risk management for investment projects was tested and had shown good results.

32. Management automation for the water supplying enterprise based on the process approach [№1 за 2014 год]

Development of traditional information management systems of the enterprise constructed based on the pro-cess approach is considered. The disadvantages of existing information systems are underlined. For example, the interaction between subsystems is difficult; metrological quality control of decision-making is absent. A possibility of digesting numeri-cal, text, graphical and other information in one dataflow, as well as presenting integrated data in representative style for a decision-maker is missing. Information management systems based on the process approach allow having dynamical system structure with continuous learning the features of a complex object. They also can be made according to a unified methodol-ogy, consider different data types, their reliability degree. They can provide integration of data with different aspects, man-agement decision options; have metrological risk assessment for management decisions. The process approach represents company activities as process hierarchy, where lower level processes form higher level processes. An interaction between hi-erarchical processes is determined by regulations that consider data connections for each process. Enterprise management is considered as management of consecutive related processes. The article describes an experience of creating an information system for operating decisions making support in water supplying companies based on the process approach. “Infoanalitik” is a software complex used for this experiment. It allows integrating different dataflows and implementing methodology of regularizing Bayesian approach and Bayesian intelligent measurements. “Infoanalitik” can conjugate information dataflows when data is inaccurate or incomplete. It allows using this software complex to solve problems of monitoring, audit, modeling and controlling a complex object uder uncertainty. Tes t-ing the developed information system in “Infoanalitik” software complex shown its efficiency.

33. Software-hardware complex for research, designing and control of processing the plastics masses [№1 за 2014 год]

The developed software-hardware complex «Research and processing of plastics» is intended for researchers, technologists, designers, experts in control and automation who are engaged in scientific research, designing and control processing of the plastics masses. The operational environment of the developed software-hardware complex has prominent fea-tures and advantages and creates possibilities for: full statistical analysis of experimental data, construction of the adequ ate mathematical description, operative transition from experimental researches to designing and back, the analysis and ordering of the experimental data received during various time, various researchers with various techniques. Listed advantages of a software-hardware complex are especially useful at research, designing and control processing of the plastics masses using computer modeling.

34. Methods and algorithms for determining the position and orientation uav using on-board videocameras [№1 за 2014 год]

The article is devoted to the development of software for simulating flying an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and its autonomous positioning using computer vision, computer graphics and parallel computing. The relevance of the a u-tonomous UAV positioning without using satellite systems GPS and GLONASS is discussed. Conveyor -parallel software system “PPS INS” is used as the basis of the "Navigator-M". This system was developed at PSI RAS. Statement of the au-tonomous positioning problem is described. The approach to its solution is based on a satellite image of the part of the Earth's surface over which vehicle performs its flights. This image is also used to generate a video sequence of frames from the camera installed on the virtual vehicle. The problem of positioning the UAV is reduced to the calculation of the projective transformation parameters. A transformation links the images from satellites (AES) and the UAV using pairs of corresponding points observed in both images. An a p-proach that allows speeding up the search for such pairs is described. Experiments have shown that "Navigator-M" success-fully solves the problem of automatic determination of the position and orientation of the UAV. Various methods of calcula t-ing the position and orientation of the UAV in flight, as well as methods to improve the stability of the system at a differe nt time of a day, weather conditions and time of a year are described.

35. The modified query processing model in distributed databases [№1 за 2014 год]

The authors research the methods to remove inconsistencies between the need to support a current status of distributed database components with real-time replication and limited bandwidth capacity of telecommunication subsystem. The actuality of efficiency increasing of distributed database under conditions of limited telecommunication subsystem ca-pacity is explained. Existing approaches to mathematical modeling of information exchange in distributed databases in a rep-lication mode are presented. They are based on the finite automata theory, the theory of probability and the queueing theo-ry.Local and remote query processing procedures are shown in detail as well as different characteristics of distributed data-base replica fragment. The model using the characteristics of replica's fragment is proposed. The characteristics are listed. The possibility of queuing theory and renewal theory usage in query processing modeling in distributed databases is consid-ered. The adequacy estimation for developed model in the case of using in mining enterprises is given. The scope of proposed model is shown.

36. Methodology of modular applications development on the client side of SAAS and implementation of the MODULES.JS framework [№1 за 2014 год]

The paper describes the methodology of developing modular applications on the client side for systems «soft-ware as a service» (SAAS) and implementation of the modules.js framework. The paper presents the rationale for software modularization on the SaaS client side and unsolved problems in the existing technologies. A set of actions for software modularization is considered in the section on methodology for developing modular applications on the client side of the SaaS. The section on the software implementation methodology considers a set of modules.js framework subsystems and their practical application in the methodology. Software implementation allows creating single page application with dyna m-ic loading and unloading of modules, dynamical redirecting requests to a scalable server-side and creating specific types of modules for data visualization using data templates. This approach simplifies the development of complex SAAS applica-tions and improves code supportability.

37. Signals interpreter based on neural-like hierarchical structure [№1 за 2014 год]

The article considers the possibility of applying hybrid system that integrates a strategy of neural network models and methods of processing data to create fuzzy classification rules and interpret acoustic signals using developed in-terpreter. Acoustic signals interpreter is based on the idea of growing pyramidal network that is adapted for working with fuzzy descriptions of objects. Class models in constructed network are interpreted in fuzzy statements that serve as a set of production rules for a fuzzy logic conclusion. The production rules are presented as understandable verbal terms for expert. The paper discusses program implementation of the interpreter. It also describes an algorithm for constructing hierarchical neural structure and the production rules forming procedure. The article presents the results of testing a software implementa-tion of the interpreter in actual recordings of acoustic signals (respiratory noises and a voice signals).

38. Ant colony method application to implement cryptanalysis of block cryptosystems [№1 за 2014 год]

The authors investigate the possibility of application of ant colony algorithms for block system cryptanalysis. The reason is that a transition to block enciphering allows increasing firmness of cryptographic algorithms considerably. Dis-tinctive features of ant algorithms are noted considering classical genetic algorithms. The article shows how the problem of a private key search can be reduced to a classical task of appointments which is solved with ant colony algorithm. There is a cryptanalysis problem algorithm, a block diagram of cryptanalysis of DES 2nd type, and an example of implementing cryp t-analysis algorithm. In this example, based on a code text block, an initial text block and a private key with the base of a le t-ters combinations matrix are defined. It is also considered that each bit of a code text is defined by each bit of the initia l text and each bit of a key, and that both the initial text and code text contain symbols from identical alphabets.

39. Problems of information retrieval as part of a distributed intelligent software system of information support of innovation [№1 за 2014 год]

The article is dedicated to one of the most popular and promising partition of information retrieval – cluster analysis of electronic text documents in natural language. The introduction of the article briefly reveals the essence of the matter, determines the purpose of the article, justify the applicability of chosen topic. In the main part of the paper there is a brief description of "Intelligent distributed software system of information support for innovation in science and education". It is a software system developed as part of researching a mechanism of cluster analysis to solve highly relevant information retrieval of electronic collections of text documents, as well as the nature of changes in the performance of clustering algorithms in a local and distributed computing environment. In addition, the article reveals the essence of using cluster analysis to solve problems of information retrieval. It also identifies the main problem s of this analysis – scale computing problems – and makes recommendations to solve them. As a recommendation, the authors propose a solution of the identified problems using grid computing technology. The potential effect of its application is justi-fied.

40. Software and algorithms for information processing at resistance thermometers calibration [№1 за 2014 год]

The paper is devoted to parametric identification problem and estimation of the temperature error in the calibration of resistance thermometers. The operating principle of the resistance thermometers is based on the dependence of the electrical resistance on the temperature. In the operation of the device, the resistance is directly measured quantity. Since, it is required to obtain the temperature values from the resistance measurements. The mathematical model describing the de-pendence temperature on the resistance is given by the system of equations with unknown parameters. To solve formulated problem, the calibration of instruments is performed. The goals of calibration are to obtain the parameters of the model and to estimate the temperature errors. To solve the parametric identification problem, we propose a method based on the Tikhonov regularization. Approach for estimation of the temperature error is also expounded. The proposed methods provide the basis for development the methods of the information processing in the calibration. The processing results are the basis for determining of the criteria for choosing optimal parameters in the calibration process. In the second part of the paper we describe the software to implement the proposed algorithms. The proposed methods and software were used for the computational experiments and for the creation of software for experimental data processing.
