The order of review
All articles submitted to the editorial office (which have relevant topics and prepared according to the publication requirements) are subject to mandatory review double blind in terms of a proper content (consistency, validity, reliability) and layout (structure, necessary elements).
The reviewers appointed by the Editorial Board or by the Work Council conduct a blind examination of a manuscript within a month from the date of receiving a paper (a reviewer does not know the author, and an author does not know the reviewer). Reviewers are notified that the sent manuscripts are authors' property and refer to the information that is not a subject to disclosure or use in ulterior motives.
If a reviewer recommends making changes in a paper, then it is sent to the author for a revision. A revised paper is re-submitted for a review.
In case of a reasoned disagreement between author's and reviewer's opinions, the editorial office can send a manuscript either for re-review to another expert, or for approval by the Editorial Board.
A positive review is not a sufficient reason for publishing a paper in the journal. The reviews are discussed at the meetings of the working party. The meetings are held once a month at the Research Institute Centerprogramsystem (Tver), where the final decision is made. The author of the article is informed by e-mail about the review results, he can also read a review text.
The Editorial Board consists of the members of the Editorial Board of the journal, the leading specialists in Informatics and Computer technology of the country's leading universities, as well as scientists and specialists from the Research Institute "Centerprogramsystem" (Tver).
The editorial office sends the review copies to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon receiving a request.
