41. About gaming models usage in problems related to employees’ inrteracting automation in an enterprise [№3 за 2012 год]

This article reviews application of gaming model to simulation modeling of employees’ interaction in R&D and manufacturing in intradepartmental planning process. Modern simulation modeling technologies show good results in creation of conditions, protocols and regulations related to interaction of employees in integrated information environment, as they make possible to build and study interaction gaming models. Thus, in production planning it becomes possible to build situations with dynamically formed conflict between production process participants provides better technical and economic performance comparing to results after solution of optimization problem. Summary of the article is based on comparison of results from game simulation model between economic operator and process engineer, which have different goals of production schedule optimization and development of the plan that is optimized according to selected criteria. The article shows that some dependences of price vs. execution time, the game simulation between economic operator and process engineer provides better solutions in comparison with standard optimization planning. This work expands use of interaction model in multiplayer integrated information environment existing at the enterprise and it can be used in design and implementation of automated intellectual planning systems, including systems constructed with distributed network architectures, multiagent technologies and heuristic algorithms that support consistent decision making.

42. Parallel design algorithm for description of the mass transfer in a pore [№3 за 2012 год]

Here is described a model using molecular dynamics approach that describes gas transfer in small pores. Two types of the mass transfer that happen in a pore were taken into account: Knudsen diffusion and molecular diffusion. Two cases of interaction are mentioned that describe molecular movement and interaction. First case describes the variant, where molecules move according to classic mechanics law and where they interact with each other and a wall, on the principle of perfectly elastic collision. It is assumed that the particles can collide with the pore’s wall in two ways: mirror and diffusion, and for each specific collision this way is defined at random fashion, and the ratio of collisions according to both ways presents one of the features of the model. The second case describes molecular interaction using intermolecular potential of Lennard-Jones interaction. Calculation of molecular movement was made with parallel algorithms. Parallel computing is made with the use of CUDA technology. Information about particle features is stored in 3-D array. Number of array cells corresponds to number of particles in the system. Each array cell contains information about particle: coordinates, velocity vector, speed up vector and its type. One dimension array of particle type exists separately. Number of array elements equals to number of types of existing particles. Cells contain information about each substance that is present in the system: particle’s mass and radius, coefficient of molecular interaction potential. The array was arranged with bubble sort algorithm adapted for parallel operation and extended for 3-D case. The article contains basic computation flow charts.

43. Creation of software system on the basis of spatial object interaction diagram [№3 за 2012 год]

The article looks into the possibility of software system creation for data analysis within Data Mining systems with a staged platform of data analysis. In this regard a new solution is provided for software products creation focused on incremental processing of the initial information in the form of a spatial object interaction diagram, which will allow time and resource expenditures required to obtain the final software product to be reduced. The developed spatial diagram is built on the basis of the following fundamental notions: functional transformation space, functional enhancement space, characteristic enhancement space, key of transition from one space to the other at multiple levels. On the basis of the developed spatial diagram the structural diagram of software system for correlation and spectral data mining was created, while this kind of analysis, according to the research at the market of the analogous products, is unique in terms of the class of current problems. Mathematical models taken as a basis for this software product are based on Fourier orthogonal decomposition of functional characteristics, and for implementation of a hidden level of data analysis the analytical processing technique was created, which consists in functioning management and implementation of created search mechanisms for hidden regularities. Using spatial object integration diagram reduces the labour intensity of software development for automated systems of scientific research, control and data processing, and can be recommended to the designers of automated systems – programmers, as well as to the analysts involved in designing of complex software systems.

The article offers ideas and algorithm of planning and scheduling of works at the enterprise level. There is considered the computational algorithm scheme to make schedules for components processing and units assembly in mechanical workshops of an enterprise, as well as the structure of the planning and scheduling system for enterprises, created using the proposed algorithm. To verify functionality of the proposed algorithms and software prototype of the system there was held a series of numerical experiments showed their sufficiently high effectiveness. Creation of planning and scheduling systems for enterprises on the basis of such algorithms can significantly improve the efficiency of production.

45. Multifunctional simulator of neural networks [№3 за 2012 год]

The article describes the neurosimulator implementing models of multilayered perceptron, radial-basic networks and fuzzy neural networks. It studies the efficiency of usage of neurosimulator to solve classification and forecasting problems. The article pays attention to the analysis of hybrid models of neural networks and fuzzy inference systems based on condition-action rules «if-then». It reviews the knowledge bases in fuzzy inference system of Mamdani-Zade, models of fuzzy inference TKS, Tsukamoto model, Wang-Mendel model of fuzzy production network. Based on the specified models the software complex is implemented, which makes it possible to check the accuracy of computations in the course of solution of classification and forecasting problems. Comparison of the results was carried out using the same data, in several series with different values of neural network parameters in order to identify the average error value at each type of problems. Comparison of accuracy of the obtained result was carried out as per the error function value, mean-square error and percentage error. In the course of solution of classification problems the best results were obtained in case of Wang-Mendel network and TKS. In the course of study of the efficiency of forecasting problem solutions the best results were shown by the networks implementing Mamdani-Zade and Tsukamoto models. This example clearly demonstrates impossibility to choose a single optimal model and for the problems of different classes one should use different models, which are to the best advantage applicable under the particular problem conditions.

46. Method of decision-making support on management of temporary aspects of projects at the industrial enterprises [№3 за 2012 год]

This article presents a method of decision-making support for managing time characteristics of projects implemented in the industry. This method is based on the construction and use of temporal-logic model of the project, which allows a formal description of qualitative temporal relations between the different phases of the project. We describe the algorithms and tools used in the process of constructing this model, the algorithms of calculation time characteristics of projects and the possibility of using the results of simulation for decision support. It is given a matrix selection of the types of temporary structures and methods of its description depending on the characteristics of the project, the need for modeling instant events, types of relations between the stages and other factors. It is shown that for complex projects is the preferred choice of matter-temporal logic for interval or dot-interval-time structures. Features of each of these temporary structures taken into account in the algorithms for constructing models and formulas of the calculation of its parameters. Presents the results of simulation of computational experiments aimed at the investigation of the effectiveness of the work of the method for solving various tasks of decision-making support in the areas of: planning the project's structure, optimization of its duration, and manageability. It is shown that to obtain satisfactory results it is necessary to pay special attention to the preparation of describing the relationships between the stages of the project in terms of the use of temporal logic, i.e. the work in the initial stages of the proposed method. This can be used by well-known instruments, with a view of the marked in the work of the peculiarities of their application to the task. In general, the method can be recommended as a tool to support decision-making for management of projects with complex stationary structure. For projects with non-stationary structure of the method can be used for the construction and analysis of models of the project at selected intervals, which assumes the truth of the conditions of invariance of its structure.

47. Increase of storage coefficient of computing complex efficiency when using virtualization [№3 за 2012 год]

The article gives a mathematical description of the effect of increased storage coefficient of computing system efficiency using virtualization tools if certain conditions are performed. These conditions are determined by the efficiency win of the virtual system compared to the physical system at the stage of data processing. It is the efficiency win of the virtual system (service) for certain computational tasks that can be used as a weighting factor that determines the reliability of the whole computing complex. To prove theoretical research has been made an experiment, which included the local area network to the physical server and several workstations. On the physical server a virtual server was raised. During the experiment, the servers reset so that the virtual system exceeded the physical one in the data processing phase. Measuring the efficiency of servers was performed using software agents Ziff-Davis «NetBench». The result of the experiment demonstrated the feasibility of the conditions under which the efficiency of the virtual system can exceed the physical one in the data processing phase. In this case the total reliability of the system is increased without additional funds. The value of this research is that it is possible to develop highly reliable computing systems based on the virtual servers (services), comparable in reliability to existing, but with a much lower cost.

48. Technology of synthesis of high resolution stereo video clips in the real time 3d visualization system [№3 за 2012 год]

The article describes the high resolution video file synthesis technology allowing video clips of high quality in various stereo formats to be obtained within the framework of real time visualization system. Such stereo formats as anaglyphical, interlaced, vertical and horizontal stereopair format and format for autostereoscopic displays Philips are supported. The proposed technology makes it possible to fix the training process in the real time mode and then synthesize the high quality video material illustrating the recorded process. The article gives the detailed study of the relevant scheme of video clips synthesis on the basis of training record files, proposes the relevant data structures and algorithm of their processing. It separately studies the stage of video clip recording and associated issues of synthesis of high resolution images in video memory, elimination of visual defects caused by image discreteness, issues of compaction of video information and its recording into the file. The program module developed on the basis of the technologies proposed in the article can find its application in a wide range of problems requiring the synthesis of high quality material, including building of simulation and training complexes, tutorial systems and game applications.

Electronic systems represent the base of present day continuous education and its effectiveness. Intellectual training systems (ITS) gradually take leading position. This article discusses basic stages of ITS development. It provides short history of electronic education systems and it describes ITS appearance and development. The article explains ITS structure based on agent-oriented approach. The article separates verbal description of the subject field as one of the main stages; structuring of the verbal description related to the subject field with the purpose of development of educational subject; metadata formation about educational subject; creation of ITS knowledge base; development of the test objects (tasks) for assessment of education object study level. ITS provides integrated approach to presentation of the knowledge that helps to control knowledge base through visualization. The article discusses creation of the knowledge base about education objects using Petri nets. Use of the formal techniques as Petri nets for creation of the knowledge base with correct content can become foundation for computer techniques of IIS development. Analysis tool for description of competencies using accessibility tree and matrix Petri net theory sound attractive due to possibility of computer application for numerous processes. The article presents existing approaches to test procedures, it shows examples of state-of-the-art testing systems. The author provides construction of individual test path function, which shall be formed depending on existing competencies and used education forms.

50. Parallel algorithms designed for the strength analysis of hydrogen-charged structures [№3 за 2012 год]

The work provides a model for estimation of hydrogen brittleness for flat elements used in metal structures with defects. It is known that defective metal parts the hydrogen concentration is distributed fairly uneven – defect area is surrounded with molecular hydrogen of high concentration under high pressure. This model can be used for analysis of destruction process of a metal structure that is exposed to intensive external action. In this case, internal pressure in defects grows quickly, and this leads to destruction of such elements. The model uses algorithm of coupled diffusion-deformation problem. Coupled problem includes equations that describe hydrogen diffusion process in high field, and mechanic equations for stress and deformation tensors that consider diffusion process. Solution of deformation problem in linear elasticity theory is made with modified boundary element method. Collection of the hydrogen around defect area is described by convective diffusion in the field of high mechanical stress. Diffusion problem can be solved with modified boundary element method. Solution of the coupled problem can be obtained step by step in time. In final stage of calculation, each step produces value of molecular hydrogen pressure in every defect and then destruction condition of boundaries is checked. For reduction of computing time, parallelizing procedure was performed. The program was designed with this algorithm. This program can be implemented on multiprocessor computing system. This algorithm was illustrated by solution of two-dimensional problem of hydrogen diffusion around the defect – pores for the metal sample exposed to external tension stress. Calculation outputs are shown in charts.
