11. Optimization algorithms of continuous lactic acid biosynthesis [№3 за 2012 год]

In the article there are obtained ratios for calculation of continuous lactic acid biosynthesis indicators. The ratios are based on a mathematical model of continuous synthesis in fermenter with agitation. Feature of the model is that each component (substrate, biomass and product) the own expression for specific velocity is written. As the criterion of optimality the productivity Qp on target product (lactic acid) is used. When solving optimal task, at first there are evaluated the channel speed D and the substrate concentration in the output flow, and then the substrate concentration Sf at the inlet of the machine is calculated ensuring maximum productivity. The obtained ratios are used for the development of algorithms of continuous lactic acid biosynthesis optimization. Three variants are considered: absence of limits of the substrate concentration in the incoming flow and the flow value; the maximum possible substrate concentration in the incoming flow and the specified flow value; limit of the flow speed. The second variant is determined by the concentration of the substrate in the incoming stream for optimal conditions, the third is the flow. The second algorithm provides for validation of flow value and the possibility of correction. Numerical results have shown that the greatest value of productivity is achieved for the first variant: Qp=12,42 g/(l h) Sf=46,8 g/l and D=0,5 h-1. Productivity of the second variant: Qp=7,85 g/(l h), Sf=30,39 g/l and D=0,8 h-1. For the third variant: Qp=12,23 g/(l h), Sf=60 g/l and D=0,5 h-1.

12. Software reliability analysis based on the model of inhomogeneous poisson process and bootstrap methods [№3 за 2012 год]

A new mathematical model of software reliability is described, based on mathematical model of inhomogeneous Poisson process. The basic idea of the proposed in the article forecasting method is a method of reproduction of data samplings, containing two original sets: the cumulative program execution time and number of errors committed during this time. As a method of a randomized sampling reproduction a bootstrap technology is taking which uses random quantities, having a Poisson distribution. Algorithms of parameter estimate and forecasting indicators of software reliability are suggested. The first algorithm is used to assess the intensity of errors expected in subsequent versions of the software. The algorithm uses a random number sensor on which basis randomized sampling and random arrays are arranged under Poisson law. The second algorithm makes it possible to evaluate the intensity of error detection. He uses data samples from the first algorithm and operates according to the method of maximum likelihood. The article describes the general procedure for forecasting the expected number of errors that can occur during a subsequent program run at a certain time interval, following a cumulative period of observation. The proposed forecasting method was realized in the form of a program written in Pascal programming language in the free programming environment PascalABC.NET. It also describes examples of using forecasting software with some test data.

13. Nearest neighbour search algorithm [№3 за 2012 год]

The article describes special algorithm for nearest neighbor search in the set of particles in Euclidean space. The algorithm presents the set of particles in the form of linear list data structure; in this list nearest neighbors are placed close to each other, according to sequence numbering of such elements, so, next search of neighboring pair is made through comparison of the next point with following points (according to sequence number) in the list of elements. The algorithm provides search of all neighbors among N particles in O(N2  k) time, where k2 – density coefficient of particle distribution. The article gives experimental dependencies of coefficient k vs. particle distribution density in two-dimensional space, where this feature changes up to 20 units. In described experiments the algorithm has highest effectiveness, when the particles have high concentration: when the concentration is 80 %, it shall be needed, average, 1,3 operations in order to find next pair of neighbors; with concentration 40 % – 1,5 operations; with concentration 20 % – 2,5 operations and 3–4,5 operations with concentration 10–5 %, accordingly. The algorithm is effectively implemented with programming software, which makes it attractive for use.

14. Automation of management of national research university and monitoring of its activity [№3 за 2012 год]

The problem to be solved is to build an integrated automated information system of university management and information analytical system of monitoring of subdivision activities and quantitative assessment of university output quality. The purpose of the first one is automation of the university management system on the basis of creation of the unified integrated database, and its development is carried out by means of introduction and organization of cooperative work of specialized software products to implement various business functions. Introduction of the integrated automated information system of university management made it possible to improve considerably the management accounting at the university, to bring a set of business processes into the legal framework, to carry out more emphasized formation of executors’ liability points, to regulate the internal structure and minimize the amount of output document, considerably reduce the terms of structural analysis of the university performance indicators and work with external organizations. The system of monitoring of subdivision activity and quantitative assessment of quality of university output is aimed at increase of management system efficiency and quality of work of university subdivisions, and solves the following problems: increase of efficiency of monitoring of educational and scientific-research processes on the basis of systematic measurement of their indicators; improvement of the system of support and maintenance of managerial solutions on the basis of monitoring of university operational performance and efficiency indicators; provision of information support of the quality management system; improvement of wage system on the basis of quality indicator monitoring; increase of reliability of internal and external reported data. The systems are realized in Samara State Aerospace University (national research university) by the personnel of the department of information systems and technologies and information technologies and telecommunication management.

15. Experimental study of an estimator consistensy related to the Rash model latency features [№3 за 2012 год]

Consistency of an estimator of the maximum likelihood related to latency features «task severity» of the test and «preparation level» of a student in one-parameter dichotomous Rash model when the amount of selected students N and number of the test task L grows without limitation, is supported by computing experiment. It is shown that extreme values of latency features are achieved when N=1500 and L=1500, and they stay stable with following growth of N, L. They offer calibration technique to calibrate test tasks by test resulting matrix of limited amount, which significantly reduces its measure of inaccuracy. The study was performed based on computation experiment. First part of the study examined dependence of the maximum likelihood related to latency features and from matrix size of the test results. It was assumed that estimate distribution and was normal. Based on dichotomous result matrix with dimensions of 6049 and provided algorithm, the author formed reference dichotomous resulting matrix of tests with dimensions of 501500 to 25052505. Then they were processed and the data was presented in graphic form. Data was analyzed and latency features were compared among themselves , and ( ) as well. In the second part of the computing experiment, results received from the result matrix model were checked upon M1 real test result matrix with dimensions of 5150. Reference result matrix models were formed using statistic parameters of statistics distribution and , calculated with M1 matrix. Resulting estimation of latency features and were compared against proper estimations of and of M1 matrix.

A large part of scientific knowledge is formalized in the form of electronic resources – data and knowledge bases, electronic reference books, etc. Work with electronic resources, including their adaptation to the subject area, systematization and accumulation of data, achieved an equal status with theory and experiment. There appeared such subjects as bio- and geoinformatics, which subject of study is submission of complex data. However, with the spreading of databases and similar means deep problems arose caused by lack of interoperability. Autonomy of resources functioning, diversity of data formats and structures, lack of data presentation standards – not all the reasons complicating the data exchange. In the global and domestic practice in recent years there have been selected approaches to possible resolving problems using versions of XML language, for standardizing of metadata system and terms dictionaries within a certain area of expertise, such as CML versions for submission of chemical data, MatML – for material science, ThermoML – for thermodynamics. An insistent in elaborating principles and technologies for integration of many RAS resources led to the formation of an extensive program on creation of so-called Data Centre. It is expected that this project will help to overcome the fragmentation and limited availability of digital resources in the form of databases, electronic publications, data-processing tools, supported by various institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In this work as the first phase of the integration is offered the system of resources certification, adequately reflecting the subject area, resource types, access conditions, etc. A portal is developed on which there is an extensive set of metadata for each registered resource.

17. Automated technology of expert system creation related to psychophysiological diagnostics [№3 за 2012 год]

The article describes automated creation technology without programming of the broad group of psychological and physiological expert diagnostic systems and educational expert systems designed for investigation of various aspects that relate to patient’s psychological and physiological condition; it is also designed for professional training. The provided technology is based on formalized model of the subject of research, it uses several models of diagnostic decision; it is implemented with problem-oriented program tool and software that interprets features of the expert system based on combined specification of expert knowledge, combining their direct expert specification and integrated procedures of inductive knowledge acquisition. This technology can be used by psychologists, physiology experts, doctors and personnel working in higher education system and colleges and scientific and research departments. Program tool provides developers the ability to conveyor specification of the structural and functional parameters of the expert systems to be designed, when individual specification steps follow one after another according to semantics of the described objects and existing relations. Description interpretive program is represented by the software system that provides practical use of expert systems, – patients’ data base maintenance, implementation of diagnostic procedures, step by step data processing, examination management, formulation of diagnostic decision and presentation of examination in the form of table or chart at screen or a print form.

18. Profile sinchronization of MS SharePoint Portal Server 2003 users with external data source [№3 за 2012 год]

In the process of development of enterprise portals one of most important problems is data synchronization published in such portal with data used by other applications and stored in different formats in DBMS. When the data placed in portal can be edited by a user or other application, they should be synchronized. When one of the data sources assigned as the master source and the other one is assigned as a slave source it is not difficult to arrange synchronization. When bidirectional structure is needed, it shall be necessary to provide «direct» and «reverse» synchronization. The article discusses synchronization solution of MS SharePoint Portal Server 2003 (SPS) users with a data source – inherited personnel department subsystem and «reverse» synchronization of this external source with profile data of SPS users. The article presents two ways of data collection from user profiles: with SQL query and use of object SPS model. Synchronization is made with temporary XML file. Such solution changes source of synchronized data without significant change in existing software. In addition, it provides opportunity to the third party to transfer or receive the data from it. The article contains some scripts written in PowerShell scenario language included in standard MS Windows package with implementation of «direct» and «reverse» synchronization. Beside synchronization, this approach can be used for the data transfer in case of changing MS SharePoint platform to a different one.

19. Program based traffic generator of the virtual lab resource users [№3 за 2012 год]

In design process of cloud calculations it becomes necessary to model query stream. Query models provide estimation of server hardware resources for the maintenance of client systems under operation or peak load. The work describes software and hardware for the study of processes happening in cloud environment of simulation modeling. The system is implemented on .NET Framework 2.0 platform. It was designed with MS Visual Studio 2008, GPSS World, MySQL 5. The work provides functional model of this system, ER model. The model implements preparation of the model pattern and generation of the final code. Series experiments was made in order to set up traffic generation subsystem; this was done in university laboratory of simulation modeling using GPSS World, the access to this system was provided with Cloud Computing technology. Time metering was performed with GPSS shell, time meter 1.0, which maintains user’s log. Special attention was paid to interaction of a user with the server. Using obtained consistent patterns they built empiric GPSS functions, which describe user’s interaction with the system. The work provides taxonomy of interaction modes with simulation models; based on experiments, it defines basic types of client queries; the work shows users’ interaction models with simulation model environment; the work offers an architecture of model environment for network traffic. Obtained models can be used for estimation of the server hardware resource; this helps to take into account peak load and idle time. Traffic generators that use empiric models can be used for the study of load algorithms of distributed environment for simulation modeling.

20. Design-automation system of wireless network IEEE 802.11 [№3 за 2012 год]

The article considers automation design issue related to wireless local computational IEEE 801.11 networks. The problem involves selection of optimal ratio of active network equipment parameters, its settings and location in order to provide maximum access rate for a client to the network in the building and minimize the signal outside the building. Last requirement concerns not only information security but meeting requirement of the Russian law. The article describes legislative and regulatory acts that regulate this field; it also describes the use of the wireless equipment IEEE 801.11. Transmission signal model was improved and formalized to solve the problem of automation design of the network. Based on input parameters that depend on equipment, it makes computation of the signal power in any place of the room, taking into consideration obstacles reducing the power. This helps to make integral estimation of the network type according to assigned deviation of speed inside the room and signal power outside the room. Ideal network shall be characterized by maximum value and, therefore, optimization shall be required. It is recommended to use differential adaptive genetic algorithm. The article describes software system that implements model and algorithm, and it also provides easy graphic interface to work with them. The measurement result revealed that calculated signal power differed from the real power less than for fifteen per cent.
