The paper presents an alternative solution for the problem of association and cooperation arrangements of sim-ulators software, training systems and complexes in a common information space based on distributed network simulation environment. The principles of construction, architecture and capabilities of distributed network simulation environment SOTA are considered in detail. The steps to create trainingsystems and complexes based on the modeling environment SOTA are described. Using distributed modeling system while developing systems of different complexity will provide easy integration, modernization and further service. And accurate splitting into components (knots united in a local computer net-work) will help to separate functional capabilities. For example, for sea simulator the knot modeling tactical situation will model behavior of objects, the knot modeling object willmodel onboard systems and devices, the knot modeling meteorolog-ical situation will model weather and environment, the simulator controlling knot will control and manage trainingcourse. Every knot is a virtual server. It is located on the physical server and combined by SOTA transport through a localnetwork with a set of workplaces and contents of databases.

The solution of large elastic-plastic problems using finite element method requires solving large linear system with banded stiffness matrix multiple times. For a parallelsolution we used an adaptation of a LU-decomposition algorithm for dense matrices with 2d cyclic matrix distribution to the case of banded matrices. Compared to traditional algorithm for dense matrices, banded version of the algorithm stores only blocks that can have non-zero elements. This allows for the algo-rithm to have a significant reduction in memory requirements and in the same time makes it possible for the algorithm to have characteristics to reduce the volume and the quantity of inter-process communication like the dense version ofthe algo-rithm does. The algorithm performance was tested on a solution of an axisymmetric elastic-plastic problem of cylinder compression and a 3d elastic-plastic problem of tetrahedron compression. Efficiency analysis of algorithm was performed for regular grids of different dimensions. Solution was performed on the UMT cluster system of Institute of Mathematics and mechanics UB RAS. MPI was used for inter-process communication.

The article describes a system for the large-scale automatic traffic signs recognition and mapping. To apply au-tomatic methods successfully we need the cumulative time ofautomatic algorithm and time for error correction to be less than the time for manual data labeling by the human operator. Our system consists of four modules: detection, recognition, linking and localization. Detection and recognition mean that traffic sign position is determined on each frame separately and class label is assigned for each detected sign. On the linkage step the same physical signs from different frames arelinked in-to the sequence that allows refining detection and recognition results. Coordinates of the linked sequence aredetermined on the localization step by triangulation. We experimentally justifyed design choices made for different components of the sys-tem. The system works with more than 140 different classes of traffic signs and does not require labor-intensive labeling of large amount of training data due to the training on synthetically generated images. We evaluated our system on the large da-taset of Russian traffic signs and made this dataset publicly available to encourage future comparison.

This paper presents personnel training problem formalization using visual environment simulation systems tools. This approach is used by engineers of Space Simulator Center when creating training tools for cosmonauts to workon the board of the International Space Station. The article describes basic approaches to using visual environment simulation systems in personnel training. The main task list for creating virtual training simulators is defined; the method of training ma-terial demonstration script definition using virtual reality terms; the method for saving trainee working results and examina-tion mechanisms based on control scripts are defined; the ways of searching error in trainee actions are described; themethod of attaching trainee results to mathematical modeling data of control processes is presented.

The article describes typical composition and modules of educational space center, their purpose and function-ality. It considers an educational module providing a theoretical and general space training of students combinedwith their practical training on virtual and full-scale space and flight simulators, as well as on interactive manned spacecraft analogues. Science module provides students with virtual simulators and booths sets to learn different experiments. The paper considers an interactive analogs composition of simulator module for their integration and future development of educationalspace centers. In the century of high technologies, the young people seek an additional education. Youth educational space centers will offer them unique programs, which are educational, informative and entertaining at the same time. If the equipment of these centers is like that, it will allow realizing innovative technologies in education. Creating new youth educational space centers in our country and abroad demonstrates the ways to integrate science, education, interesting leisure and theoretical bases development to design such objects will help to systematize accumulated experience and attract new ideas.

The article describes design and development of integrated training and simulator framework based on advanced technologies, virtualization and datacenter for united set integration, creation of range information system for dynam-ic objects management trainings. It is quite difficult tocontrol a lot of developed simulators generations that have various us-er and program interfaces, located in different rooms and buildings of training center. Besides, the complexity of specialists training is increasing. The relevant objective is designand single-shot development of such system or complex, which can be repeatedly upgraded and used as a product of double or triple purpose. For example, for initial preparation and acquaintance of trainees, training of specialists and restoration of skills using educational management or lessons written down earlier. Synthesis of advanced information technologies, developing space simulators experience and relevant objectives oftraining manned spacecraft crews will allow creating theoretical and practical basis for new generation design of training technical equipment.

57. Using virtualization technologies of computing and graphics servers when designing complex simulators and operator training systems [№3 за 2013 год]

The article considers existing approaches to developing systems, their problems, shortcomings and solutions using new server technologies and virtualization. The disadvantages are: small efficiency of using computing resources,im-possibility of tasks and applications immediate rearrangement in case of emergency situations and system separate knots out-age that is an extremely important problem when designing high-loaded user systems of control, monitoring and training. The article also describes NVIDIA VGX advanced technology used in 3D-real-time graphics simulators. Using this technology offers new opportunities for designing training systems and simulators, followed by virtualization of CPU computing re-sources and graphic resources. It provides a new level of mobility to users and applications that consume 3D-models data calculation on portable computers, as well as the parallel operation of multiple remote users. NVIDIA solutions are combined in the technology of data centers and cloud computing which can be used for development of new generation training sys-tems and simulators.
