41. Software and algorithms of modeling of nonlinear dynamics by Volterra polynomials [№4 за 2012 год]

The paper is devoted to the problem of mathematical modeling of nonlinear dynamic input-output systems by Volterra polynomials. The flexibility of this mathematical approach makes it possible to create software for performing experiments on computer. This paper is a continuation of studies on Volterra kernel identification that were initiated by the researchers from L.A. Melentiev Energy Systems Institute SB RAS. The first part of this paper provides information about the algorithms for constructing quadratic integral models for the case of vector input signals. These algorithms are based on the product integration method. The second part of the paper describes a software package for constructing and testing the quadratic integral models of the standard nonlinear dynamic system. The description of heat exchange process in a component of the heat exchanger with independent heat supply served as the standard. The software package is created in an object-oriented programming environment Borland C++ Builder and based on functional modularity. Illustrations of the main part of the user interface are provided. The developed software package was used to process real experimental data. In this paper a software package of mathematical modeling of nonlinear dynamic objects such as «input-output» based on Volterra polynomials is presented. Realized algorithms for constructing integral models are given. Software testing is performed on the reference model of heat exchange.

42. Software package for integer lattices basis reduction [№4 за 2012 год]

This article presents short survey of LLL and BKZ lattice reduction algorithms. Paper contain presents LRT software package for solving SVP and SBP integer lattice problems and generating Goldstein–Mayer lattices. LRT was used to reduce basis of sample lattices for testing algorithms that solve the shortest vector problem (SVP) in euclidean lattices. Were obtained accurate solutions, with error less than 6,1 % of the length of the shortest vector integer lattices (corresponding of Minkowski upper bound) for dimensions 58, 62, 69, 71, 74, 81, solutions took 84, 77, 68, 65, 60, 49 places in the contest algorithms respectively. At 100th dimension of the integer lattice, 32 vectors block size and quadrupleprecision floating-point format, software package LRT effective fpLLL and NTL by 17,2 %, 24,3 %, respectively. LRT is fully compatible with Windows OS and freeware.

43. Software package of adaptive evolutionary algorithms for complex systems modeling and optimization [№4 за 2012 год]

In this paper authors justify relevance and describe results of adaptive evolutionary algorithms development and their application in modeling and optimization of complex systems. Due to the essential evolutionary algorithms efficiency dependence from their settings choice the concept of self-configured evolutionary algorithm is introduced as one of possible adaptive evolutionary methods. Basic ideas of proposed approach to self-configuration of genetic operator different variants are described, results of the verification of the self-configured evolutionary algorithm performance on a set of test problems are discussed, the comparison results of the proposed self-configured evolutionary algorithms with the standard evolutionary algorithms are presented and the way for application of the self-configured genetic programming algorithm for automatic design of various intelligent information technologies are described. In addition, this article describes an approach using genetic programming algorithm with self-configuration for the automatic intelligent information technology ensembles generation, discusses the composition and mission of an adaptive evolutionary algorithms program complex for modeling and optimization of complex systems using self-configured genetic programming algorithms and selfconfigured genetic algorithm. The obtained results allow concluding that the discussed approach has a wide range application areas and high performance in solving practical problems.

In article are considered occurrence and the concept of development essentially new complex simulators, based on overlapping and integration approaches training systems, operator’s preparation systems and functional-modeling stands. Analyzed technologies used for architectural decisions, offered approaches on perfection and modernizations of existing systems. Composition of technology and software solutions, including advanced entry system and management simulators, transport systems and object modeling, distribution of information and data calculation. Integration of different functionalities and technologies used in a variety simulator architectures allows to build a new generation of simple systems based on computer workstations to combined schemes of virtual and interactive models dual-use capabilities and territorial unification. Composition of the modules, which shall consist new generation of simulators, where each module is a separate system, which solves certain problems in complex object.

45. Development of journal partition for academic site based on CMS NetCat [№4 за 2012 год]

The question is discussed how to create Internet version of periodic science edition in accordance with requirements of VAC. To optimize time required for development and filling of content we use approach based on modernization of existing site of organization. For development of academic sites we use CMS NetCat, which is the most applicable in Russia site constructor. Site is represented as an external interface to internal database that contains information about organization, its goals, plans and results of activity. Data is extracted from the database by requests that are created in accordance with actual demands for representation of information. To represent partition of periodic science edition we create special requests to base of authors and publications.

46. Realization of Lyapunov's method of first approximation in the program Maple 12 [№4 за 2012 год]

The research of stability of the solution of linear systems by using Lyapunov's method of first approximation is presented in the article. Also the properties of the solution are determined: is it stable or unstable, or will it be orbitally stable for the autonomous systems of ordinary differential equations that describe mechanical autonomous dynamic systems. In the article the software implementation of this method in the program Maple 12 is displayed. This method is an effective mean for the research of stability of difference equation systems and systems with aftereffect. Undeniable advantage of this method is following. The system of the differential equations can be investigated about stability without integration, but by constructing the special function with certain properties, and this function is depended from the right parts of the system. The developed program allows to test the system about noninteracting and to construct the phase portrait of the linearized system. This article shows the block scheme of the program and the algorithm of its realization. For clarity we consider the linear equation of free harmonic vibrations and use the program Maple 12 to solve the given task. As a result it has shown that the obtained system is autonomous, the phase portrait has been constructed, and we have revealed that orbital stability of the solution and the solution of the main system is also stable at any moment.

47. Knowledge base editor for CLIPS [№4 за 2012 год]

The paper describes the knowledge base editor designed for non-programmers. Application of the editor automates the formalization and language-specific representation of knowledge. High universality of the editor is achieved by the use of a universal data model – an abstract (meta) level of the rules’ representation. The description of the requirements for the editor, tasks, editor architecture, editor basic functions and a universal model are presented. The model includes the concepts: knowledge base, template, fact, slot, rule, condition, precondition, action, function, variable, argument. The feature of the editor is the ability to integrate with domain models built using CASE-tools (for example, Poseidon for UML, IBM Rational Rose), which use the XMI format for the description of the models. The editor has an extensible architecture that is implemented the ability to connect the dynamic libraries (modules) for supporting different knowledge representation languages. Now the CLIPS representation support module is implemented. This module provides the translation of knowledge from the universal model to CLIPS and back. The editor used for development of knowledge bases for solving the problems of technical state prognosis and calculating of remaining life of parts of unique machines and equipment in the petrochemical industry and for automated design of fault and event trees on the basis of a model of the dynamics of technical states.

48. System of automatic design of intelligent information technologies ensembles For data mining problems [№4 за 2012 год]

An algorithmic core of the program system of intelligent information technologies (IIT) automatic design as well as their ensembles for solving complex weak-defined data mining problems and decision support is considered in the article. Owing to an automation of intelligent systems algorithmic core generation, the process of the design of intelligent decision support systems for end-users is simplified considerably. The generation of the ITT’s structure and parameters is carried out by means of evolutionary algorithms because of their proved reliability and performance in solving optimization problems on complex data structures. A genetic algorithm is used as the basis for the structure design and parameter tuning of connectionist models, fuzzy rule based systems and neuro-fuzzy models. Many real-world problems are large and complex and too difficult for solving it by a single technology. Ensemble techniques allow improving the effectiveness and reliability of the decision support systems. An idea of applying a genetic programming method for building an ensemble decision based on partial individual decisions is proposed in the article. Conducted numerous experiments on real-world problems show efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed techniques of automatic IIT generation algorithms and prospective of the ensemble decision building method based on the genetic programming.

49. System dynamics in monitoring for mass vaccination of population [№4 за 2012 год]

The simulation modeling prototype of aggregate model with which help probably to organize monitoring of actions for vaccination of the population of quarantine zones of region in distribution and attenuation of mass infectious diseases is presented. The model is based on ideas and methods System Dynamics, and also on possibilities of widely known personified software package of simulation modeling IThink. At modeling accessible materials on flash and distribution in Moscow flu epidemics A/H1N1 in 2009–2010 were used. At the initial stage of prototyping following aggregate entities (resources) of model are distinguished: unvaccinated, vaccinated, successfully vaccinated, infected, sick, recover from, have acquired immunity, deaths. The current state of resources in the dynamics of the model describes the state of the situation as a whole. Resources (as primary basic concepts) are concentrated in interacting conceptual blocks vaccination and epidemic outbreaks, infection and disease progression. Behavior of the model considered in the context of plausible assumptions drawn from domestic and foreign sources. The current prototype has provided a series of simulation experiments to verify the model, confirming the integrity and objectivity of the results.
