The paper describes a software product which enables calculation of the vacuum freeze-drying process and to select the parameters of the process. Using the developed program, the user can calculate the time of the process of changing temperature regimes. The program is based on a mathematical model describing the processes occurring in the local volume, the displacement of the interface.

In this paper we propose a new method for building synthetic flexible model of human head from images. We present a novel heuristic algorithm and new metric for determination of similarity measure of built head model and facial features on input photographs. Applicability of proposed method for human head modeling from images is corroborated by results of experiments on real world data.

In the given work attempt of creation to such base has been undertaken. Authors classifications nanocomposites on a matrix and fillers is spent. The module of uniform search of articles in scientific journals and as the module of semi-automatic extraction of the facts which has considerably accelerated process of filling of base by the information, having automated it is created.

In the present paper the main approaches to performance evaluation of edge detectors are considered. We focused on the methods of quantitative evaluation which use the ground truth images and discrepancy measures. The advantages and disadvantages of the most usable discrepancy measures and the peculiarities of their joint application are analyzed. The evaluation methods based on the fuzzy set theory are considered.

The paper reviews approaches to design multimedia document models and proposes a new model that combines the extensibility of visual object types and the possibility to conjoin objects of various types within the document page to be edited. The system Fuzzle CMS developed on the proposed model and intended for web sites management is described.
