The article considers an information system for determining a degree of harmonization of creative solutions of intellectual agents. According to the general approach to intelligent multi-agent systems and their purpose, the paper considers interaction between agents when they solve a certain creative task. All creative tasks are complex tasks with information reporting and manipulation algorithms. At the final stage they assume coordination and adaptation procedures taking into account changing external and internal conditions of system functioning and implementation of a solution. The purpose of the study is to identify the most effective agents in solving a problem. It is undeniable that an agent can be effective itself. However, in a team it reduces its effectiveness. Conversely, working in a team helps to increase the agent’s activity, operational efficiency. All agents of the system are equal. The efficiency of each of them is estimated by the same method. Each agent offers its solution of the task. These solutions are compared by harmony. If the level of harmony corresponds to a given one, then such multi-agent system is effective. All agents act together, for the benefit of a common goal, reach it with a given quality or above. Otherwise, a system structure and composition are reviewed. The main goal in this case is finding the composition and structure of the multi-agent system when actions between the agents are the most coordinated, that ensures solving the indicated problems. According to the results of the research, due to intelligence of the agents, they tend to change their psycho-behavioral type depending on time they spend on solving a task. As a rule, increasing a time interval leads to changing a compromise type to deviating or coercive. In other words, agents are characterized by a transition from an optimistic attitude to pessimistic (depressive). To prevent such transitions and “mood changes”, there are certain control actions taking into account the need for an individual approach to each individual agent.

The paper examines the possibility of using the proposed approach with respect to the base version of the industrial-technological system functioning model. The project is dedicated to a fundamental scientific problem of developing methods and model means of optimal control of multi-step processes evolution under conditions of dynamic uncertainty to enhance their effectiveness and long-term sustainability throughout their life cycle. The authors consider a multistage process as a multi-agent system, its effective management depends on consistent behavior of the center and agents, their interest in finding and implementing innovative solutions, ability to analyze the possibilities of evolutionary development. The approach behind the proposed in the project of a formal apparatus for optimal control of multi-step process evolution includes development and study of a mathematical model of managing multi-stage processes evolution in a fuzzy dynamic environment. It also involves development of a method of solving the problem of managing multi-stage processes evolution in the form of the optimal (suboptimal) control law with feedback and the study of asymptotic properties of solutions for a functional equation obtained for autonomous systems. The project content also includes development of methods for coordinated optimization when the center interacts with agent groups in terms of expanding their production and technological capabilities. Implementation of the developed methods and models involves creating a prototype of an intelligent system for optimum control of a multi-stage processes evolution in a fuzzy dynamic environment.

The paper discusses the problems of designing algorithms in automated control systems based on programmable logic controllers, in particular logic control algorithms. For example, these algorithms are implemented at the upper level of drive control systems. The algorithm designing process is called algorithmization. One of the main problems of algorith-mization of logic control tasks is a lack of visual, intuitive forms of algorithms, which do not require specific knowledge from a user. Here a user of an algorithm is both a programmer and an expert in the domain. In the case of a programmer, extra knowledge is problem area knowledge, in the case of an expert extra knowledge is knowledge about the formal theories behind algorithm representation forms and the skills of correct setting of a control problem. The aim of this research is increasing the abstraction level of logic control tasks design processes. To achieve this goal, the paper describes graphic models of automated processing stations as a tool for algorithmization of logic control tasks. It also formalizes the concept of a logic control algorithm in the context of graphic models and gives a detailed explanation of methods for obtaining logic control algorithms using graphic models in the form of the limited-entry decision tables and Moore automatic machine tables. The paper considers specialized environment for developing graphic models and logic control algorithms called Logic Algorithm Designer. It also describes the program interface, the main functionality and working principles. There are the examples of a logic control algorithm and the program code of IEC 61131-3 function block generated automatically from the algorithm. The proposed methods and tools of algorithmization allow improving the connection between a program developer and domain experts while maintaining high quality of these programs, ensuring their completeness and consistency. They also make it possible to reduce the development time due to automatic code generation and a much more detailed elaboration of a control algorithm.

Wavelet transformation is one of the methods of data time-frequency analysis. In practice, the researcher often has to analyse nonequidistant (uneven) time series. For this reason, the paper considers algorithms for their continuous wavelet transformation. The authors propose an algorithm for obtaining an array of transformation even shifts, taking into account uneven source date. It means that they choose the interval of involuntary discretization, determine the number of shifts and then calculate their value. The proposed algorithm is the base for an algorithm of continuous wavelet transformation of nonequidistant time series. The process of estimating transformation coefficients uses only samples of time series that are in the width of a wavelet. The advantage of thу proposed algorithm is that the result of the transformation is an even representation. The developed algorithms are used in a complex of programs. The paper shows the results of experiments for models of nonuniform time series with p-transformation and with “jitter” (with uniform distribution and triangular distribution). The velocity of the algorithm can be increased by taking into account the effective radius of the mother wavelet and calculating its width.

The paper proposes an estimation technique of processes in complex technological objects based on using interval methods in a differential vector-matrix equation that describes Kalman filter. In contrast to methods for solving a differential equation that describes Kalman filter, in real numbers interval notation allows taking into consideration input data uncertainty and inexactness due to different factors. Such factors include measuring equipment errors depending on instrument rating, round-off errors in numerical calculation, time and amplitude sampling errors. Inexactness also depends on mathematical methods, such as using a fuzzy logical approach in forming filter matrix determination when describing processes in complex technological objects. This is due to subjectivity in forming fuzzy model parameters: kinds of membership functions, a number of variable therms, rules of knowledge base filling. The novelty of the proposed approach is in the developed technique of process state interval estimations in conditions of input data inexactness based on interval differential equations methods. The methods allow reducing solving differential equations to more simplified system of solving polynomial equation. The paper reviews the steps of solving the equation that determines Kalman filter. The steps consist of a transition from a differential vector-matrix filter equation to a scalar form, then to an interval differential form and a system of polynomial equations. The solution of this system presents the desired range of process state estimations. The paper shows an exemplification and results of a MATLAB program work based on the proposed technique.

The article considers the problem of managing an order projects package at a defence contractor. If, the indicators of the absorbed volume and actual costs coincide with the planned ones while implementing large projects, then for fixed purposes (in reference to the planned total volume and planned duration) there is no need for operational management. If the main indicators of the earned value deviate from the planned ones while implementing the project, then there is a need for operational control. The paper considers various possible cases of inconsistency of the main indicators. It also proposes a method for managing the project implementation process. The key idea of the earned volume method consists in the following: the indicators of the earned volume are characteristics that might be a base for developing timely operational control actions at early project stages due to the possibility of estimating their future values (sometimes sufficiently accurate). The proposed indicators can describe projects consist-ing of one or several operations. If the project consists of several operations, then there is a problem of aggregating the indicators of subprojects, operations, etc. A work breakdown structure plays an important role (a tree of works in which the project is consistently divided into smaller parts) and a cost control plan is a set of procedures of determining the values of the work breakdown structure elements and the rules for their aggregation. The main advantages of the method are that it uses the same indicators as the project manager (who does it formally or intuitive-ly), it is easy enough to use and, most importantly, it allows real-time decision making.

The paper proposes a model for evaluating time characteristics of data processing in a ship geoinformation system, which is a local computer network with segment switching. The ship network information infrastructure allows simultaneous data transfer between all interacting pairs "Client-Server". The mathematical apparatus of the model is the network of queuing systems. The model parameters are input stream intensity, node capacity of a ship geoinformation system and a transition probability matrix. Time data processing characteristics are evaluated by a computational experiment using a model. Simulation task is formulated as a problem of choosing technical characteristics of client part of a geoinformation system while ensuring guaranteed system response time. Evaluation of processing data time characteristics in relation to the load and productivity of automated workstations allows choosing the best option for integrating the client part with the server part in the ship geoinformation system while ensuring system guaranteed response time. The requirement to the guaranteed processing time varies depending on the navigation area and consists of connection establishment time "Client-Server" and the reception time of ship spatial data navigation systems.

In just half a century the theory of fuzzy sets has developed from theoretical foundations to practical use in artificial intelligence systems in such areas as industrial equipment and vehicles control, medical diagnosis and expert systems, including risk assessment, from economic to environmental. Many of them need efficient and reliable storage and processing of large volumes of information. For this purpose, there are DBMS, the most advanced of them are the object-relational DBMS. However, fuzzy data are difficult to reconcile with both object and relational data models. Moreover, the majority of industrial DBMS do not contain built-in fuzzy data types and mechanisms to work with them. These DBMS include cross-platform and freely distributed in source object-relational DBMS called PostgreSQL. Import substitution in infrastructure software is largely associated with application of PostgreSQL. Opportunities of fuzzy data relational modeling and a developed mechanism for extending types through the creation of the required user-defined types along with powerful procedural languages in PostgreSQL allow implementing various alternative approaches to fuzzy data storage and handling. The article shows a comparative analysis of these approaches from the point of view of maintaining data integrity and processing efficiency. There are the experimental results at various fuzzy data models depending on approaches. The paper proposes design solutions that increase the efficiency of fuzzy data search, and formulates recommendations on choosing an approach to modeling fuzzy data.

The paper considers mathematical reasoning of solving the problem of scanned non-format documents retro-conversion (documents recovery), as applied to the task of filling and publishing collections of digital libraries. It also describes the algorithms of automatic clustering and forming auto-adaptive fonts for documents retro-conversion. As a mechanism for working with clustered objects, the authors use a classical approach to form a feature vector based on the estimates calculating algorithm model that describes each object under consideration. The algorithm for automatic clustering is based on a statistical approach to forming characteristic vectors of each cluster and to the dynamic correction of separating hyperplanes. Due to the specifics of the tasks being solved, the authors use a contour approach to graphic objects processing, which allows applying frequency analysis methods based on the Fourier transform. The paper presents estimates of the necessary and sufficient dimension of a feature vector used both for describing graphic objects and for their recovery with minimal distortion after generating output documents during a retro-conversion procedure. Finally, the article shows possible prospects for development of the described method of non-format documents retro-conversion in the field of organization of contextual search within graphic documents.

30. Algorithms of regular time series continuous wavelet transformation: development and software implementation [№4 за 2017 год]

One of the actively developing directions of data analysis is wavelet transformation. It is used for analyzing medical data, image processing and other purposes. This paper considers methods of calculating coefficients of continuous wavelet transformation of even time series. In the classical approach, calculation of some coefficients is redundant because the value of some wavelets is zero. To remove redundancy, the authors propose using wavelet characteristics in the time domain, which allows obtaining a wavelet window width, wich depends on the given scale. The paper gives the obtained characteristics values of mother wavelets, such as Gaussian wavelets of the 1st to the 8th order, the DOG wavelet and the Morlet wavelet. The proposed algorithm for calculating wavelet values is based on these characteristics. The algorithm allows reducing the number of readings of the used wavelet. For each given scale, there is a determined number of nonzero wavelet values and their calculated values. As a result, we get an array of all wavelet values, which are necessary for transformation. The paper proposes an algorithm for evaluating the coefficients of continuous wavelet transformation. It is based on decreasing repeated calculations of wavelets. The reduction of computations is due to taking into account wavelet invariance regarding a shift. Thus, if we calculate all nonzero wavelet values for all scale once and store it, then it is enough we to refer to the wavelet value by number in array corresponding to the shift. The developed algorithms are implemented as a software package. The paper shows that the proposed algorithm works faster than the classical one without significant loss of calculation accuracy.
