The structure and elements of library containing design for testability of structural solutions for analog and digital subcircuits is presented. The library is organized hierarchically using a tree structure. Components and testing subcircuits applied for analog and digital parts are functionally distinguished. The library contains behavioral, structural and physical models of testing subcircuits presented at register transfer level and circuit level in the form of hardware-oriented (easy synthesizable) behavioral descriptions, circuit diagrams, structural schemes and topologies. The components and testing subcircuits are described as design reusable IP-cores, allowing to use them at IC design in commercial CAD systems. The open modular architecture of the library provides the conditions for its expansion due to inclusion an additional testing subcircuits. The example of the library component description is shown.

The problem of intelligent control systems design with soft and quantum computing for a robot manipulator with 3 degrees of freedom is described. The self-organization knowledge base strategy of one type fuzzy controllers using quantum soft computing technologies is considered. Coordination control of a robot manipulator with 3 degrees of freedom is organized by generalized unit in control system loop based on soft computing. General methodology of generalized unit de-sign based on physical laws of quantum computing and connection circuit of control system with intelligent buildup on one type fuzzy controllers sequence is considered. Efficiency of proposed intelligent control systems constructing method for working in typical and unpredicted control situations is demonstrated in case of practical control object comparing with con-trol systems structures based on soft computing. The comparison is produced for both control systems: a system with one type of independent fuzzy controllers’ sequences and control system with one fuzz y controller knowledge base. New control system type is organized with generalized unit introduction into control loop system on one type independent fuzzy contro l-ler’s sequences.

A remote sensing problem concerning unavoidable distortion of the images is researched. It is discovered that if satellite's ground path and distortion mechanism is known, such distortions can be compensated. Additional image adjus t-ment using methods of comparison of control points with geographical map is described. It is mentioned that geographical reference and geometric correction can be combined into one operation of alignment of the details of satellite image and map. The alignment method applied to the image of the reach of the Ural river is given as an example. Directed recognition algo-rithm including information about terrain based on outlining of the image objects is suggested. Differentiation formulas for displacement estimation are provided. The choice of 2-D Laplace operator adjusted to the analysis of satellite images is justi-fied. It is suggested that algorithm speed can be increased with preliminarily worked out block of addresses of image and succeeding operations with addresses of elements resulting 5–8 times higher algorithm speed comparing to direct access to image pixels, that is currently important when processing packets of such high resolution images as satellite images.

Problems of early-stage design are characterized by analysis of a large number of alternatives that have both quantitative and qualitative assessments. Existing decision-making methods can’t be used always due to the nature of alternatives assessments or environmental constraints. The authors have developed an approach for the synthesis of decision -making methods. And automated system (AS) Alpha-Synthesis has been developed to automate procedures of synthesis. The pro-posed approach needs a formalized description of decision-making methods; the model is presented in the article. The ap-proach for the synthesis consists of three steps. A linear structure of solutions is formed with a block-labyrinth morphologi-cally method at the first step of the approach. A linear solution is transformed into network structure in order to increase the “determinacy” at the second step of the approach. The synthesis of the network nodes is the third step of the approach. The result of the synthesis is the conceptual structure of decision-making method – the structure of the process of converting input data flow into output data flow. The automated system allows to structure decision-making methods, to keep their structured description, to synthesize new decision-making methods. Decision-making method "Verbal Pareto-Minimax criterion" is shown in this paper. This method differs from the well-known Мinimax criterion with verbal estimates, and it uses Pareto cri-terion at the first stage of the decision-making method.

Most of the solved problems in the beginning of design process are mixed formulation problems. Type of input conditions can be quantitative (objective evaluation), qualitative (subjective assessment) and mixed. In the case of mixed type, when using standard decision-making methods there is a choice to transform qualitative data into quantitative or vice versa. The consequence is reducing the accuracy of decision-making because of the information loss related to the process of converting information. This is caused by the lack of decision-making methods that could have used the available different-nature information as much as possible. Authors have developed a new method of decision-making to resolve this problem. It is called “UNIQUE” and allows solving problems of mixed nature. The method “UNIQUE” includes considering criteria de-pendences by a hierarchical structure, and a partial accounting of mismatches of expert judgments by using the method of matching clustered rankings. The software package “UNIQUE” was designed for the purpose of automating the method “UNIQUE”. The software package “UNIQUE” is decision-making environment, which consists of structuring subsystem, survey solutions subsystem, justify solutions subsystem, accounting inconsistencies subsystem and verbalization subsystem. The paper contains solutions of common tasks from different domains to demonstrate the operability of software package “UNIQUE”.

The article presents the way of using information systems and program and technical products when creating and effective managing composite synthesis based on natural and technogenic raw materials. Receiving such composites ex-cludes a roasting stage and demands providing certain interdependent factors. They are necessary for formation of crystallizational structure. Therefore management of such composite synthesis is a complex multicriteria problem. It needs creating a control system for interconnected criteria of its quality indicators optimization. The control system architecture is described. The general control model of synthesis of new generation aggregate in the form of structure is provided. The cognitive map of process control is given. It includes the criteria hierarchy and the selected complexes of separate tasks. It re-flects the interaction interface of a system and external world. The cognitive map describes complex object "the person ‒ a material ‒ habitat" considering receiving high-quality and environmentally friendly construction products. Created ready-made product meets customer requirements including safety at all life cycle stages, from the moment of its design until its utilization.

The article provides information about analysis of a data collection using logic-set histogram representation. This type of representation is based on using a histogram and a special mathematical system that allows implementing user queries as statements with logic and set operations. A result of the analysis is a quantitative value of presence of elements (designated in a query) in a data. Moreover, it’s possible to use a sample query to find quantitative values of similarity to an analyzed data. A collection is defined as a list of one-type data (for example, textual documents, images, video or others), which is made up of a universal set elements. Each element of a collection matches with its histogram representation. The paper considers paper two approaches of analysis of data collection using the logic-set histogram representation. Both of them are built on element-by-element analysis. As a result of analysis of a data collection, the author defines a list of quanti-tative values of presence for element queries and values of similarity for sample queries that can be arranged in an order con-venient to a computer user.

The article describes the features of fuzzy systems to solve the problem of restoring missing values in multi-variate data. It considers the Singleton fuzzy system and triangular membership function of the fuzzy linguistic terms. Gen-eral algorithm of an evolutionary strategy method to identify fuzzy system is provided. The article considers two types of this algorithm to assess the advantages and disadvantages of using. Principle of fuzzy system parameter identification based on the evolutionary strategy is described. The article also describes the requirements for the input data and the algorithm of re-storing missing values using fuzzy system based on the evolutionary strategy. There is the experimental efficiency evaluation of the presented algorithm of fuzzy system on the basis of the evolutionary strategy for the problem of recovering missing values. It is tested on a test set of oil properties data. Optimal parameters of fuzzy system and a method of the evolutionary strategy were selected for test data. The article investigates influence of the main parameters of the fuzzy system and metho d parameters of the evolutionary strategy on the recovery of multivariate data.

The article considers the information system that allows centralized work in research teams. The system is de-veloped in the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of Samara State University of Architecture and CivilEngineering. The system takes advantage of social media to communicate within groups. It allows evaluating the effective-ness of the research groups work and coordinating the activities throughout the semester. The information system is used di-rectly in the educational process of the faculty. It provides weekly meetings for student research groups at the university, and monitoring the progress of scientific groups for teachers and group leaders. However, the information system is not limited by weekly "offline" meetings, because it is available via Internet. The functions of the information system include the abili ty to hold "online" meetings with discussing current research group questions in the "chat", and record the results. Thus it pro-vides continuous successful work in all scientific groups of the department. The result of the work is displayed in the reports at the end of a semester, and in performance evaluation based on the information system data.

The paper presents efficiency analysis of parallel programs for ions evolution analysis in particle-in-cell model. Parallel programs for hybrid computing systems with CPU (Central Processing Units, central processors) and GPU (Graphic Processing Units, graphic accelerators) devices were developed. The programs are applied for ions behavior direct modeling in mass spectrometers traps based on Fourier transform. The paper demonstrates the possibilities of using GPU for speeding-up repeated Poisson’s equation with Dirichlet boundary conditions solution, which is based on Fast Fourier Transform, that is implemented in cuFFT library – FFT procedures library for CUDA (Compute Unified Device Architecture). Effective performance and memory bandwidth are compared with GPU peak characteristics for different devices. The chosen algorithm scales according to its complexity estimate. The programs for trapping fields calculation between random shaped electrodes on hybrid systems with simultaneous CPU and GPU data processing were developed. Every parallel process of the field calculation program solves a system of linear equations using GPU with LAPACK procedures that are implemented in CULA library. Calculations on “Lomonosov” supercomputer show that parallel GPU usage efficiency significly depends on choosing of parallel program process distribution nodes. Accelerators can be efficiently used for finding coulomb interaction between ions with solution of Poisson’s equation boundary problem. Parallel computing of fields that inducted by every single surface on CPU can be done when solving linear equations systems on GPU achieving good efficiency.
