31. Software and algorithms for information processing at resistance thermometers calibration [№1 за 2014 год]

Abstract: The paper is devoted to parametric identification problem and estimation of the temperature error in the calibration of resistance thermometers. The operating principle of the resistance thermometers is based on the dependence of the electrical resistance on the temperature. In the operation of the device, the resistance is directly measured quantity. Since, it is required to obtain the temperature values from the resistance measurements. The mathematical model describing the de-pendence temperature on the resistance is given by the system of equations with unknown parameters. To solve formulated problem, the calibration of instruments is performed. The goals of calibration are to obtain the parameters of the model and to estimate the temperature errors. To solve the parametric identification problem, we propose a method based on the Tikhonov regularization. Approach for estimation of the temperature error is also expounded. The proposed methods provide the basis for development the methods of the information processing in the calibration. The processing results are the basis for determining of the criteria for choosing optimal parameters in the calibration process. In the second part of the paper we describe the software to implement the proposed algorithms. The proposed methods and software were used for the computational experiments and for the creation of software for experimental data processing.

32. Development of algorithm of directed recognition considering information about relief by example of satellite imagery and Earth remote sensing data [№1 за 2014 год]

Abstract: A remote sensing problem concerning unavoidable distortion of the images is researched. It is discovered that if satellite's ground path and distortion mechanism is known, such distortions can be compensated. Additional image adjus t-ment using methods of comparison of control points with geographical map is described. It is mentioned that geographical reference and geometric correction can be combined into one operation of alignment of the details of satellite image and map. The alignment method applied to the image of the reach of the Ural river is given as an example. Directed recognition algo-rithm including information about terrain based on outlining of the image objects is suggested. Differentiation formulas for displacement estimation are provided. The choice of 2-D Laplace operator adjusted to the analysis of satellite images is justi-fied. It is suggested that algorithm speed can be increased with preliminarily worked out block of addresses of image and succeeding operations with addresses of elements resulting 5–8 times higher algorithm speed comparing to direct access to image pixels, that is currently important when processing packets of such high resolution images as satellite images.

Abstract: The structure and elements of library containing design for testability of structural solutions for analog and digital subcircuits is presented. The library is organized hierarchically using a tree structure. Components and testing subcircuits applied for analog and digital parts are functionally distinguished. The library contains behavioral, structural and physical models of testing subcircuits presented at register transfer level and circuit level in the form of hardware-oriented (easy synthesizable) behavioral descriptions, circuit diagrams, structural schemes and topologies. The components and testing subcircuits are described as design reusable IP-cores, allowing to use them at IC design in commercial CAD systems. The open modular architecture of the library provides the conditions for its expansion due to inclusion an additional testing subcircuits. The example of the library component description is shown.

34. Intellectual systems using for effective management of synthesis of gypsum composites of condensation curing based on natural and technogenic raw materials [№1 за 2014 год]

Abstract: The article presents the way of using information systems and program and technical products when creating and effective managing composite synthesis based on natural and technogenic raw materials. Receiving such composites ex-cludes a roasting stage and demands providing certain interdependent factors. They are necessary for formation of crystallizational structure. Therefore management of such composite synthesis is a complex multicriteria problem. It needs creating a control system for interconnected criteria of its quality indicators optimization. The control system architecture is described. The general control model of synthesis of new generation aggregate in the form of structure is provided. The cognitive map of process control is given. It includes the criteria hierarchy and the selected complexes of separate tasks. It re-flects the interaction interface of a system and external world. The cognitive map describes complex object "the person ‒ a material ‒ habitat" considering receiving high-quality and environmentally friendly construction products. Created ready-made product meets customer requirements including safety at all life cycle stages, from the moment of its design until its utilization.

Abstract: The developed software-hardware complex «Research and processing of plastics» is intended for researchers, technologists, designers, experts in control and automation who are engaged in scientific research, designing and control processing of the plastics masses. The operational environment of the developed software-hardware complex has prominent fea-tures and advantages and creates possibilities for: full statistical analysis of experimental data, construction of the adequ ate mathematical description, operative transition from experimental researches to designing and back, the analysis and ordering of the experimental data received during various time, various researchers with various techniques. Listed advantages of a software-hardware complex are especially useful at research, designing and control processing of the plastics masses using computer modeling.

36. Management automation for the water supplying enterprise based on the process approach [№1 за 2014 год]

Abstract: Development of traditional information management systems of the enterprise constructed based on the pro-cess approach is considered. The disadvantages of existing information systems are underlined. For example, the interaction between subsystems is difficult; metrological quality control of decision-making is absent. A possibility of digesting numeri-cal, text, graphical and other information in one dataflow, as well as presenting integrated data in representative style for a decision-maker is missing. Information management systems based on the process approach allow having dynamical system structure with continuous learning the features of a complex object. They also can be made according to a unified methodol-ogy, consider different data types, their reliability degree. They can provide integration of data with different aspects, man-agement decision options; have metrological risk assessment for management decisions. The process approach represents company activities as process hierarchy, where lower level processes form higher level processes. An interaction between hi-erarchical processes is determined by regulations that consider data connections for each process. Enterprise management is considered as management of consecutive related processes. The article describes an experience of creating an information system for operating decisions making support in water supplying companies based on the process approach. “Infoanalitik” is a software complex used for this experiment. It allows integrating different dataflows and implementing methodology of regularizing Bayesian approach and Bayesian intelligent measurements. “Infoanalitik” can conjugate information dataflows when data is inaccurate or incomplete. It allows using this software complex to solve problems of monitoring, audit, modeling and controlling a complex object uder uncertainty. Tes t-ing the developed information system in “Infoanalitik” software complex shown its efficiency.

37. Методы e-learning и инновационного обучения с применением виртуальной реальности [№1 за 2014 год]

Abstract: В статье представлены принципы и анализируются методы создания приложений, использующихся в инновационном обучении, основанном на технологии виртуальной реальности, которая представляет собой техно-логию для создания воображаемого мира с применением трехмерной графики и компьютерного моделирования и используется в разных сферах. В последнее время образование стало одной из заметных сфер ее применения. Ис-пользование систем виртуальной реальности увеличивает эффективность процесса обучения. Это отражается в осоз-нании, понимании, обучаемости и превращении информации в знания. В работе исследуются различные подходы к созданию интерактивных материалов для обучения: VRML – язык программирования для обучения в сети Интернет и Virtual Studio – медийный инструмент для создания обучающей студии и среды, вовлекающих обучающихся ак-тивным и интерактивным способами. В статье также анализируется подход, называемый Edutainment (обучающие игры), сочетающий в себе методы традиционного обучения и индустрии развлечений, представляя прогрессивные тенденции из области текстовой среды для человеко-компьютерного интерфейса и подкрепляя эти результаты тех-нологиями из цифрового интерактивного повествования, смешивая реальность и мультимодальный интерфейс, и на-конец, представляет фундаментальный трехмерный игровой подход в сфере обучающих игр.

38. Information system for organizing, monitoring and managing collective scientific activity of students in a university [№1 за 2014 год]

Abstract: The article considers the information system that allows centralized work in research teams. The system is de-veloped in the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of Samara State University of Architecture and CivilEngineering. The system takes advantage of social media to communicate within groups. It allows evaluating the effective-ness of the research groups work and coordinating the activities throughout the semester. The information system is used di-rectly in the educational process of the faculty. It provides weekly meetings for student research groups at the university, and monitoring the progress of scientific groups for teachers and group leaders. However, the information system is not limited by weekly "offline" meetings, because it is available via Internet. The functions of the information system include the abili ty to hold "online" meetings with discussing current research group questions in the "chat", and record the results. Thus it pro-vides continuous successful work in all scientific groups of the department. The result of the work is displayed in the reports at the end of a semester, and in performance evaluation based on the information system data.

39. Investment risks management for construction organizations based on bayesian information technologies [№1 за 2014 год]

Abstract: The article considers problems of risk management for investment projects in construction under uncertainty and when productive-economic situation is unstabilized. The authors suggest a complex model of united services “Builder-Client-Contractor” and methods for organizing process approach to risk management of construction projects. The methods are implemented on the basis of "Infoanalitik_stroyinvest" platform. The article describes the methods for assessment and derisking for construction projects under uncertainty. The hierarchical model of risks assessment is based on Bayesian infor-mation technologies (BIT). A procedure of receiving the regularized Bayesian estimates (RBE) based on dynamic restrictions models is described, as well as a possibility of changing object properties and connections between them while managing the object. The main expressions for investment risks assessment for construction projects based on BITS are offered. The con-volution technology of posterior estimates of various indicators for receiving generally integrated assessment in the form of RBE is shown. The paper also shows a possibility of using a scale with dynamic constraints. This type of scale for measure-ment the properties of one-dimensional indicator is two-dimensional. One axis represents indicator values in numerical or linguistic form. The other shows a measure of belief for a result. A multi -dimensional scale is made in multidimensional space of parameters with adding controlled indicators. When switching to a new higher level of hyerarhy, a scale changes in-to integrated index with forming a new two-dimensional scale. In automatic mode the system gives recommendations for changing the situation. Risk assessment is accompanied by counting metrological indexes which are united into complexes of metrological properties. Developed model of risk management for investment projects was tested and had shown good results.

40. Method of modeling the detection process of air facilities by ground surveillance radar under the impact of passive jamming [№1 за 2014 год]

Abstract: The article considers the modeling methodology for detection process of air facilities by ground surveillance radar under the impact of dipole passive jamming and natural passive jamming (local objects and the "angel echo" type ja m-ming). The methodology is created to implement this process in a Cosmonauts Training computer system for training combat crews of radar troops subdivisions. There was an analysis of the status and prospects of air and space attack devices and their application tactics. It shows that one way of overcoming air defense system is using radio interference. Electronic warfare provides passive jamming with high intensity. Moreover, passive jamming as reflections from the ground surface (local sub-jects) and from hydrometeors is always in radar receiver. Modeling detection process of air facilities by ground surveillance radar includes considering the capability of radar in jamming environment. It also should take into account origin aspects and impact of jamming on the radar. There are works that present approaches to making jamming models, but these approaches can not be implemented in a ground radar model operating in real time in rapidly changing complex conditions. The purpose of the paper is to provide an adequate and easily implemented modeling process of passive jamming affecting ground radar for using in training systems for training combat crews of radar troops subdivisions. The paper resents relations in formulas for calculating target detection facts when radar is under the impact of natural and artificial passive jamming.
