Abstract: The article states that the essential condition of an extensive software use is ISO/IEC 00002 certification. It in-volves formal testing by specialists to ensure its compliance with standards and regulations. Testing is to be ensured by a specified quality of the assigned tasks results. The article points out that certification provides controlled program running with a finite set of data and its further analy-sis in order to detect errors. The analysis proves relevance of the following problem: software has to be tested in a compiled form. The authors propose the modified genetic algorithms as a tool for creating a finite set of data. The article presents a meth-odology (topology) of the initial data (ID) representation using software tools for engineering calculations. The topology in question can be reduced to representation of three types of variables: ID sets of real random type within a certain range, ID sets of positive integer type within a certain range, sets of logical (Boolean) variables. The authors suggest the initial data to-pology coding genotype as three chromosomes. An algorithm of the finite data sets generation is developed, with the data completeness criteria being established. The sequence and technique of software testing is described. The procedure-oriented (production) models to evaluate test results are given as examples. The article shows the advantage of this method compared to the current means of certification of compiled software.

Abstract: The paper describes the approach to the floorplanning problem in three-dimensional through-silicon vias inte-grated circuits with the heat distribution optimization. Formulation and the objective function of the floorplanning optimiza-tion problem are described. The article proposes the approach based on combination of genetic algorith m and simulated an-nealing algorithm. It considers elements’ mutual thermal effect by scheme thermal modeling. The algorithms combination is implemented by inserting a local search operator in the genetic algorithm. An operator is applied to the population after the mutation operator. The paper describes the method of modified B*tree to represent circuit topology of three-dimensional in-tegration IC. Calculation of a circuit thermal characteristic in the paper is based on a simplified and full thermal model. Thay signifi-cantly reduce the time complexity of the planning algorithm. Complex thermal model calculates the temperature in the steady numerical method of finite differences. For the midterm evaluation of the maximum temperature the simplified thermal mod-el with sufficient accuracy for estimating of the heat distribution is offered. The developed planning software architecture based on the object-oriented approach with code separation scheduler, cal-culation of the objective function and thermal modeling in separate modules are described. The experimental results and con-clusions on the applicability are outlined.

Authors: Vasileva O.V. (vasileva.o.v@mail.ru) - National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, Ph.D;
Abstract: The article is devoted to transforming the differential equations solving in private derivatives into well devel-oped investigative techniques for nonlinear dynamic systems. These systems allow comparing the equation in private deriva-tives with dynamic system to its subsequent modeling using electrotechnical devices, analog-digital complexes. The paper al-so considers modeling pictures of electromagnetic fields based on transients without false jumps at construction of equal cu r-rent lines. The novelty of the algorithm is in the reduction of differential equations in partial derivatives of Laplace and Pois-son to a dynamical system – the system of the first-order nonlinear differential equations on the basis of electrotechnical equivalent circuits. Solving system of the first-order nonlinear differential equations is carried out in the MATLAB-Simulink GUI environment, where the choice of parameters of input data block for implementing a complex of programs is offered to the user. It is for simplification and understanding of using given program. The block diagram of the dynamic system is created. It displays the dynamics of the process, where elements of the scheme are operational amplifiers. Those amplifiers are the base for comparison of the electrical equivalent circuit. The art i-cle gives examples of creating static electromagnetic fields in a phase plane.

27. Methods and algorithms for determining the position and orientation uav using on-board videocameras [№1 за 2014 год]
Author: Stepanov D.N. (mitek1989@mail.ru) - Program System Institute of RAS;
Abstract: The article is devoted to the development of software for simulating flying an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and its autonomous positioning using computer vision, computer graphics and parallel computing. The relevance of the a u-tonomous UAV positioning without using satellite systems GPS and GLONASS is discussed. Conveyor -parallel software system “PPS INS” is used as the basis of the "Navigator-M". This system was developed at PSI RAS. Statement of the au-tonomous positioning problem is described. The approach to its solution is based on a satellite image of the part of the Earth's surface over which vehicle performs its flights. This image is also used to generate a video sequence of frames from the camera installed on the virtual vehicle. The problem of positioning the UAV is reduced to the calculation of the projective transformation parameters. A transformation links the images from satellites (AES) and the UAV using pairs of corresponding points observed in both images. An a p-proach that allows speeding up the search for such pairs is described. Experiments have shown that "Navigator-M" success-fully solves the problem of automatic determination of the position and orientation of the UAV. Various methods of calcula t-ing the position and orientation of the UAV in flight, as well as methods to improve the stability of the system at a differe nt time of a day, weather conditions and time of a year are described.

Abstract: The need to separate the telecommunication network in terms of topological structure on the terminal (su b-scriber) and a core (backbone) network is described. The problem of synthesis of a subscriber network is stated. It represent s minimizing the sum of the distances from the subscribers to the main switching nodes with limitations of the ability to con-nect each subscriber to a single site. A complete matrix of distances from the subscribers to the switching nodes is presented. It is shown that the problem of subscribers’ optimal connection to sites switching refers to the class of linear integer pr o-gramming problems with equality constraints. The equality constraints for each subscriber’s connection conditions to one node switching is formulated. Based on the MatLab bintprog standard function, the authors have developed the program that allows synthesizing the topological structure of a user's network using a plurality of users, multiple nodes and switching ma-trix of distances between them. The paper shows the results of calculating the optimal connection of subscribers with the cri-terion of minimum sum of distances to the switching nodes for the telemedicine network of the Republic of Yemen. The art i-cle presents a method for calculating capacity of subscriber communication channels based on the supposed information flow for the received structure of subscriber network and its maximum load. Results of bandwidth calculation for the resulting structure of subscribers network of the Republic of Yemen that is received from synthesis.

Authors: Margolis B.I. (borismargolis@yandex.ru) - Tver State Technical University, Ph.D; Muzanna M.M. (mohamed1984a@yahoo.com) - Tver State Technical University;
Abstract: The article considers the graph model of structural-functional synthesis of backbone telecommunication net-work. It also describes the problem of the backbone structure synthesis. This problem is in minimizing the distances when passing information to the regional switching nodes. The optimal routes for information passing to the regional nodes of backbone network are obtained using a matrix of distances between backbone nodes and the graphshortestpath function in MatLab. The problem of parametric synthesis of backbone network is considered. It consists in determining the capacities of the main communication channels using synthetic topological structure and values of the input streams from subscribers. It is shown that the problem of parametric synthesis of backbone network belongs to a class of nonlinear optimization problems with constraints like inequality and equations. Inequality constraints are formulated for capacity of channels and the type of conservation equations for saving flows in the network nodes. The article presents a developed program that allows finding the optimal information flows in the backbone communication channels using criteria of average messages delay and maxi-mum network load. The program is developed on the basis of the standard fmincon function in MatLab. A methodology for calculating capacity for maximum information flows in the main channels to regional switching nodes. There are the results of calculation of optimal channels capacities for backbone telecommunication network backbone of the Republic of Yemen. An example of passing information to the particular backbone source node and the regional destination node is shown.

Abstract: he paper is devoted to the development of algorithms for the synthesis of small band-blocking filters on smooth inhomogeneous lines that allow determining their structure and parameters, calculating the level of attenuation, re-searching potential of the frequency characteristics and possibilities of practical implementations for using in specialized CAD microwave. The disadvantages of known CAD are presented. The base of the algorithms is a new approach to obtaining one lane locking in filters on smooth inhomogeneous lines. This differs from the known Kona approach calculating resonator filters with inverters. New approach applies only half-wave or quarter-wave segments of inhomogeneous lines that switched on in "the passage". Forming the required characteristics of the filter operating attenuation happens because of local refle c-tions arising from change of a wave resistance of open loop homogeneous line wh en changing the deduction of input re-sistance in one of the poles. Known methods involve using multiple-cavity structures with additional links. It is shown that the wave resistance oscillates for the value of the specified wave resistance with frequency o f two times bigger than the reso-nant frequency with a change deduction. The values of a wave resistance are proportional to the changes deduction magn i-tude and decrease with increasing the length to the specified wave resistance of the transmission line. T he analytical expres-sions for determination of the wave resistance law, a resistance matrix of inhomogeneous lines, the frequency characteristics of the filter with one bar of locking are recieved. An equivalent circuit line is determined. An algorithm for calculating the working attenuation is proposed. The results of mathematical modeling are presented. It is shown that using of the proposed algorithms allows expanding the range of base-building elements for band-blocking filters. It also can improve the functioning quality of existing and prospective specialized CAD microwaves.
