A promising direction to improve a repair of complex geographically distributed technical systems (GDTS) is to create a repair and diagnostic complex (RDC) which can include performance monitoring sectors, diagnosis of components used in GDTS, as well as sections equipped with the necessary technological equipment, measuring tools, tools andaccessories for maintening replacement elements (RE). RDF is equippedwith means of power supply, spare equipment and accessories (SEA) and operational documentation to provide repair. It is assumed that personnel carrying out repairs have the appropriate expertise. RDF is presented as a three-phase multi-channel queuing system (QS). When distribution functions of service timediffer from exponential time, the study of such system complicates the use of analytical models. So the authors used simulation methods, C# object-oriented programming language and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 IDE. The developed software implementation of RDF model allows estimating its functioning characteristics. The most important characteristic is the average time for request service in the system. It also determines the number of channels necessary on each section. The developed model can be aggregated into the overall research model of GDTS operating processes.

The article shows the relevance of the problem of motorization growth comparing to road network. It highlightes the problem of transport and pedestrian traffic regulation at pedestrian crossings outside intersections with traffic lights ringing. The paper considers a traditional way of solving this problem. It shows the factors leading to traffic jam crea-tion during peak hours when using the conventional method. The authors display the previous solution to the problem. Then they give the cycles of traffic light functioning with rigid management and traffic fuzzy control. There are definitions of input and output variables to control the traffic lights at the intersection, as well as the membership functions of these variables. The authors propose principles of determining an outputvalue. These principles are a base for fuzzy rules designed for a con-trol algorithm. The authors also propose a model of the functioning of this intersection, as well as the algorithm ofthe pedes-trian traffic lights ringing based on fuzzy logic. Thepaper shows modeling of the vehicles queue accumulation process at a crosswalk located outside the intersection under peak vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The theory of fuzzy sets is used for mod-elling. It allows simulating the expert conclusions in thefield in making decisions about changing the durationof waiting pe-destrian phase. There is also a simulation of the transition regulatory process using a traffic light with a constant latency phase and a phase defined using fuzzy rules. The authors give simulation results that show cars queue accumulationin both cases and the advantages of the proposed method comparing to conventional rigid regulation.

The article describes a mathematical model of creating an integrated assessment of transport and operational condition of a road section. It also shows the necessity of such model area as interconnected set of factors affecting its condition. In the problem of increasing consumer qualities of roads the authors highlighte the task of separating theroad on sectors for their further ranking to draw up repair plans. Estimation of consumer properties of the road is represented as the difference between the existing features of the object of their ideal values that are expressed in the complex index of transport and operational condition. The authors marked the most important aspects of road sections for this task ascontrolled objects. They also defined the main factors that characterize thestate of the road section. There are the most significant factors of speed-standard security that take into account the influence of individual parameters and characteristics of roads on the complex index of road section quality. The article shows the mathematical tool of theory of fuzzy sets applied to the formation of this parameter. This allows simulating decision-making about road sections repair. The paper defines a set of attribute values describing the state of a road section. It also describes the values of fuzzy variables for each factor and shows their membership functions. There are linguistic variables to describe the coefficients and a fuzzy situation to create an integrated assessment of the road section. An integrated state of the road section is represented as a fuzzy situation. The authors calculate the degree of incorporation of the current fuzzy situation that characterizes the road section condition in the reference. There is a generalized algorithm for deciding the order of repair works. The paper shows the prospects of such approach to the solution of the problem of defining an integrated index of transport and operational status of the road.

The authors propose the architecture and describe the technologies of a distributed design system of complex VHDL objects. They also present the main functional modulesof subsystems and their interrelationships. A multi-agent approach is a basis for system organization, eight types of role agents are developed. The proposed description of existing agents which allows us to understand the role and place of each agent in the work of the whole system as well as the formation of a full design solution. A methodological basis of the design includes structural-functional linguistic models which are formed from the designed device VHDL description. The paper describes the program structure peculiarities on VHDL language to create a library of objects, solve design tasks by several designers in parallel, use objects from other projects and test projects with the same methodology. The article represents a design process in the system from development of designed devices specifications to saving design decisions in the knowledge base. It also describes the concept of MVC template in the form of sequence diagrams to represent functional authorization and broadcasting code on VHDL hardware description language in the structural and functionallinguistic model. The proposed system provides the development and filling of VHDL programs library which allows reusing design decisions with data modification according to requirements for new tasks. Implementation of this system allows making design more efficient due to the transfer of routine operations (search and synthesis of the design solutions) to agents as well as improving the quality of process control of collective design and reducing development costs.

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with multichannel UV-detection has an important place in analytical chemistry. This method allows qualitative and quantitative analysing of substances in unknown samples. Current work isaimed to develop a software system that allows processing and classifying chromatograms. The mining information from input data process includes applying smoothing filters, finding chromatographic peaks and calculating its characteristics called “chromatographic fingerprint”: retention volume, peak area and spectrum. Further processing of receivedinformation is to identify similar peaks in different chromatograms by metric classification of its spectra, followed by transfer chromatogramsto a vector representation, decrease its dimensions and use fuzzy clustering algorithms. After finding main attributes of all clusters the work to optimize analysis method is provided. Optimization is based on modelling the chromatographic process of samples under different conditions. The system reliability depends on the parameters of the algorithms and the quality and quantity of training sets given by an expert. The developed software solution allows diagnosing of diseases including cancer, based on serum samples analysis (sample composition isunknown). It is also possible to use it in other areas of analytical chemistry, such as drugs standardization, foods and dietary supplements.

The article considers a problem of detecting and estimating object changes at the Earth’s surface using data of the Earth’s remote sensing from Space. Most of these data consists of cosmic photographs of various areas. The authors suggest effective methods of processing and analysis of alternative space photos of the same area to estimate structural changes of geographic object images. A structural change is a change of object’s image boundary. Essential changes of observable scenes (such as object appearance or disappearance) are also structural changes. The developed methods of detection, allocation and analysis of domains with essential structural changes of topographic objects images from different classes have high automation degree. These methods are implemented in a specialized software module framework. The module is integrated into “ENVI” geoinformation system. Thismodule can be used to solve many applied problems effectively. Such problems include the problem of on-line analysis of existing digital topographic maps urgency to make a decision on renewal of nomenclatural sheets depending on a degree of detected structural changes of object images at alternative space photos of the same area. In addition, socially important problems are on-line monitoring anthropogenic accidents, estimating regional seismic danger, on-line ecological monitoring of the environment and others.

The article discusses free project management system implementation for effective IT-project management in public sector by the example of "E-government" project that is carried out in Chelyabinsk region. "E-government" is a large-scale project. It includes multilevel structural organization and territory distribution, a large number of information sources and consumers, a large number of various external systems with various information ex-change formats, functions and their difficult interrelations, absence of the full analogs that limit using of standard software solutions. Project implementation in Chelyabinsk region consisted in using a functional model of E-government participants effective interaction: “LANIT-Ural” company and Southern Ural State University (SUSU). They used Redmine free project management system for collaboration. This approach to organization of interaction between project group members allows the integrator to involve additional qualified staff from University teachers and also to develop and adapt students participating in the project toreal projects conditions.

The paper gives an overview of the approaches to the argumentation formalization and considers the software implementation of the argumentation system based on defeasible reasoning. Decision support systems often contain incon-sistent and conflicting information. The methods of theclassical logics can not be applied to inconsistent knowledge bases. Argumentation is a good way to deal with such knowledge bases. Argumentation is usually considered as the process of cre-ating assumptions to solve the analyzed problem. Typicallythis process involves detecting conflicts and finding solutions. In contrast to the classical logic in the argumentation theory there may be arguments "for" and "against" certain assumptions. It is necessary to show that there are more arguments "for" than "against" some assumption to confirm it. Thus, one argument is not enough to say an assumption is plausible, but the superiority of arguments over counterarguments already does this. The paper also describes an application of justification degrees in defeasible reasoning. Justification degrees allow giving numerical assessment of argument plausibility. The authors propose the architecture of the developed argumentation system. The article presents the following methods and algorithms: the conflict search algorithm, the algorithm of new argument inference, the algorithm for calculatingjustifi-cation degrees and some others. In conclusion, the paper describes the example of the application of the system for solving a problem containing inconsistency.

The work is devoted to software implementation of digital data processing with the *.csv expansion. The data is received from modern digital oscillographs such as Tektronix, Agilent, Aktakom and so on. The program is created in the Lab View environment. The article presents a program flowgraph with separate blocks naming and the description of a block for digital datasaving in the separate document. A restriction of the developed program is a requirement of an identical step sampling of initial signals. The paper describes the advantages of thecreated program: oscillograms processing time decreases, work procedure with big data files becomes simpler, manual processing is excluded. Processing of oscillograms allows equalizing initial time of processed impulses that have a spontaneous shiftfrom each other. It also allows receiving a difference of the processed oscillograms in a separate window. The authors offer using cursors with naming of coordinates for shifting oscillograms. The efficiency of the developed program is shown at inspection of the power transformer using a method of nanosecond impulses to reveal the differences between an impulse-norm gram of a “healthy” transformer and an impulse response of a defective transformer. The paper shows the order of processing oscillograms with findingnecessary sizes. It also presents visualization of initial impulses and their difference, as well as an order of schedule saving in a channel of tests.

10. An approach to modeling of parameters optimization for satellite system elliptical orbits [№1 за 2015 год]
Author: Doronkina A.N.
Visitors: 11581
This paper proposes an approach to modeling elliptical orbits of the Earth's surface continuous review satellite system to optimize their parameters. For this purpose the author suggests an analysis of options for solving the problemof optimization of such review by a satellite system with elliptic orbits. There are descriptions of the conditions that characterize the motion model of a considered satellite system. The author considers Kepler model of satellite motion in Cartesian (Greenwich) coordinate system with the origin at the center of the Earth. To find the true anomaly the author uses an algorithm that includes a solution of Kepler's equation using a methodof suc-cessive approximations. The paper shows justifying of parameters optimality criterion for satellites orbits, the system of op-timization problem constraints. The author determins geocentric angular radius which changes over time when Earth artificial satellite goes from its perigee to apogee, as well as a satellite viewing angle. The author has selected a criterion function which is a geocentric angular distance between the radius vectors of the satellites and the current point on the Earth's surface at the current time. The choice of optimization parameters is proven. Taking into account the condition thatthe system con-sists of satellites groups and satellites in each group are moving along the same orbit, the problem dimension can be reduced. An optimization problem is stated clearly. The paper shows a satellites motion simulation in the satellite system under re-search using MathCAD2014 environment. As an example, the paper shows the trajectories of the sub-satellite points for three artificial satellites on the Earth map with characteristics corresponding to the characteristics of a known satellite system. The author presents the dependencies of changing the geocentric latitude and longitude of the sub-satellite points from time and visualizes their movement.
