The method of construction of a neighbourhood of a global optimum as ranked subtree which contains only suboptimal solutions of NPC-problems is considered in paper. Function of an estimation of weight of the ranked solution which describes statistically the detected regularities of distribution of the ranked solutions is put in a basis of an offered method.
