31. Users group access rights in eduroam – federated user identity management system For research and educational networks [№4 за 2012 год]

The paper describes a federated identity management infrastructure based on eduroam. This technology enables secure authentication using single netid for network and resources access in eduroam federation. Major protocols and technologies for transparent user authentication are covered. A way of authorization, based on membership in institutional groups and individual user membership is proposed. For user authentication a service provider sends an authentication request contained the encrypted user name and password to user's institute RADIUS server (identity provider). Identity provider is determined by the domain user name/ The authentication request is passed through th eduroam hierarchy of proxy RADIUS servers. If the service provider provides special access for a certain group of users, it also sends a request to group identity RADIUS-server. A request passes through a hierarchy of group RADIUS servers for group membership checking. Eduroam federation and group RADIUS servers hierarchies are based on the domain name system. The implementation of these mechanisms requires a slight modification of service provider RADIUS server for group support and do not require changes of the identity provider and eduroam federations RADIUS servers. Group support is fully compatible with the existing eduroam infrastucture, the both types of RADIUS servers with and without group support can operate simultaneously.

32. Identity federation of the research and educational networks [№4 за 2012 год]

The article is devoted to identity federations of the research and educational networks. Research and educational networks contain a lot of informational and computing resources. These resources are in a dif-ferent organizational, administrative and public supervision. Scientific resources require authentication, for example, to monitor compliance with intellectual property rights, the definition of user rights, etc. Authorization methods with user authentication by his institution are commonly used. Identity federation is a group of institutions had an agreements on mutual access to their resources, developed a common policy and user identity framework, and implemented them on the organizational and technical level. Identity federation have operational team, steering group and user support service. Due to diversity and international level of the research identity federations cooperates to interfederation. The article describes eduroam and eduGAIN identity federations, based on different authentication technologies. Joint Supercomputer Center of Russian Academy of Sciences (JSCC RAS) is participant of the above projects. JSCC RAS works on creation of identity federation in the Russian research and education community and supports coop-eration with European projects. JSCC supports Eduroam in Russia that is open for participation of any research and education institution.

33. Neutral networks and regression models in S&P 500 index forecasting [№4 за 2012 год]

The article presents a comparative analysis of neural network modeling and regression analysis for forecasting the S&P 500 index. Initially, the forecast of the absolute value of the index is provided, then we justify the use of stationery data, that is, the return of S&P 500. The comparison of two methods is carried out in two stages. Firstly methods are compared by the coefficient of determination on the periods of three and twelve months, and by the quality of trend predictions. Note that the choice of model and its testing is performed at different time intervals (the so-called in-sample and out-of-sample periods). Taking into account the fact that the primary desire of a typical trader is to gain a profit at the second stage we have chosen such trading criteria as profit and profit, weighted on risk (drawdown). On a longer time interval (12 months) regression shows the best results, but in terms of economic gains neural network win. When we consider a shorter period (3 months) neural network has better results. Thus, neural networks are able to assess the dynamics of the stock due to its flexibility and ability to find non-linear patterns.

34. A fuzzy cognitive map as a tool to model innovation at the regional level [№4 за 2012 год]

For developing strategic innovative programs for regional industry and improve implementation of major investment projects, the technique of modeling innovation using multilevel fuzzy cognitive model to determine the relative impact of performance strategies of socio-economic development and innovation strategies of the regional industry. Two basic features of modeling innovation using fuzzy cognitive maps as a special directed graphs, nodes (concepts) which are the characteristics of the socio-economic development and regional industry. The first feature modeling innovation necessitates the definition of traditional indicators of system interaction graph nodes: consonance, dissonance, mediated by the mutual influence of nodes on each other, etc. The second feature is caused by the weight of arcs between nodes in the graph (the concept) changes over time, so that can change not only the value but also the nature of influence. A new kind of fuzzy cognitive maps with the uncertainty of system characteristics, wherein the relationship between the concepts of the influence of the graph are fuzzy sets. Accounting for the negative impact of concepts achieved by broadening the base set for these fuzzy sets on negative values. A simplified two-level cognitive model of management of innovation processes in the regional industrial complex of the Smolensk region. It is shown that the use of the changing relationships between concepts of cognitive maps will extend the scope of the unit of cognitive modeling for management innovation and improve the validity of the provisions of innovative strategies and programs for the development of the region.

35. The analysis of complex-structured text data, that characterize processes of state orders formation, placement and performance in science and technology [№4 за 2012 год]

This article shows the analysis of current pressing problems of information support for administrative state structures, which are responsible for implementation of federal and regional programs actions in science and technology. The main problems of data accumulation patterns are shown. This data characterizes the processes of state orders formation, placement and performance (carried out under the program). To solve these problems, the authors propose to develop the method of semantic content analysis of state orders original data set in order to establish links between them based on semantic analysis techniques. Comparative analysis of the basic classification and text data clustering algorithms are shown, test application of the LSA/LSI (Latent Semantic Analysis/Indexing) algorithm for existing reports of state contracts in scientific and technical areas are described, the necessary information about their baseline characteristics and the results with identifying case-related groups are also shown (the algorithm is based on decomposition of the original coined in documents words diagonal matrix by singular value). The morphological processing of raw text descriptions procedure are described in article. It was carried out using Pymorphy, the morphological analysis library. Also this article shows the stop words and the most rare and most commonly used exclusion procedure. The use of FCM (Fuzzy Classifier Means) algorithm are proposed and described, because there are no any support for overlapping clusters in LSA/LSI algorithm. The expected results scientific novelty and end-users target groups of perspective software tools are shown.

36. About the organization of an uninterrupted network for transfer short messages in case of dangerous situations [№4 за 2012 год]

Recently in the world and in the Russian Federation it is paid much attention to work of communication systems of civil appointment in case of emergency situations. Supernumerary work of communication networks, is caused by explosive character of a transferred traffic on a network. As a result, as a rule, a part of networks fail that in turn complicates the population notification about the current situation. This article suggests to use gateway knots of data transmission, which will allow to transfer short disturbing messages and as to participate in system of informing and the population notification in case of an emergency situation. In article questions of the organization of an effective network of transfer of short messages in case of emergency situations are considered, the concept of placement of the gateway knots, allowing to transfer short messages between subscribers of various communication networks of the general using is considered. The conceptual model of a network of the notification and the spot news (WITH and ES) on the basis of the theory of non-stationary S-hyper networks is given. The description of algorithm and the program of the solution of these tasks is given. Recommendations to use of DBMS of the similar tasks focused on performance are made.

37. The use of the software product «2P-Kadry!» to improve the efficiency of the use of human resources of the enterprise [№4 за 2012 год]

In this article the problems of application software products of domestic and foreign developments are considered to improve the efficiency of the labor resources of industrial enterprises. It is shown that application of the automated information system «2P-Kadry!» is the most effective enterprise in the transition of the Russian economy to the market economy and the fundamental changes in the formation of enterprise labor resources. In enterprises the implementation of embedded software «2P-Kadry!» functions will significantly reduce the number of managers and specialists, to implement the marketing conduct of the labor resources, the planning personnel work, to provide the operative accounting of the personnel, to calculate the personnel potential and enterprise needs in the labor resources, to substantiate the effectiveness of management decisions, etc.

Present article describes methods and instruments to create interactive modules which are integrated in elearning management systems to support additional capabilities of learning systems. Interactive modules which support problem solving are subject-oriented. Development of problem-solving support module requires modeling of knowledge domain. Present article suggests approaches to modeling of a knowledge domain based on object-oriented analysis and ontologies. A number of software modules based on object-oriented analysis were developed in SFU: an editor for blockschemes of algorithms for programming course, generator of algebraic and logic expressions for algebra and mathematical logic course, simple chemical formulas editor. Knowledge domain of these subjects is has strict boundaries and allows to present task-solving process in machine-processed form. An integration of already existing and specifically developed systems, the discovery of common principles of building subject-oriented components allows to simplify the development of e-learning support software. The main task is to support publishing theoretical materials along with task-solving support modules in an integrated environment of e-learning system. The problem of interactive software modules portability between different e-learning systems is considered in the present article. Key specifications which are used in e-learning environments are examined: IMS Learning Tools Interoperability, which strictly defines methods for interaction of IMS-certified e-learning systems; SCORM – Sharable Content Object Reference Model. An example of a portable interactive module is the generator of algebraic and logic expressions.

The question is discussed how to create Internet version of periodic science edition in accordance with requirements of VAC. To optimize time required for development and filling of content we use approach based on modernization of existing site of organization. For development of academic sites we use CMS NetCat, which is the most applicable in Russia site constructor. Site is represented as an external interface to internal database that contains information about organization, its goals, plans and results of activity. Data is extracted from the database by requests that are created in accordance with actual demands for representation of information. To represent partition of periodic science edition we create special requests to base of authors and publications.

MCST company develops «Elbrus» architecture microprocessors. For «Elbrus» architecture binary translation system LIntel is developed. Lintel allows execute Intel x86 applications on «Elbrus» microprocessors. Multilevel optimizing binary translator is important component of Lintel. Branch preparing instructions in «Elbrus» architecture allow parallelize program execution and process branches instructions immediately, without loss of processor time. Applying branches optimization in binary translator allows transfer branch preparing instructions between linear sections of program. This optimization leads to system performance improvement.
