The paper presents the intelligent «ANAPRO» software. It implements approaches to the analysis and forecasting of operating parameters and process characteristics in the electric networks on the basis of modern methods of nonlinear data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies. The basic subsystems software are resulted and their work on an example of experimental calculations for real distributive electric networks is shown.

The problem of recognition of state of real-time stochastic dynamical system provided in the form of time series is considered. A new information intelligent software system on the base of modified algorithms of pattern recognition, of statistical theory, information theory and of principle of estimate concordance is suggested. A number of mathematical models is developed for calculation of a wide set of laser-radar and alarm characteristics of objects. The models are included in a modeling complex and function with databases of objects, coats, backgrounds, physical accompanying objects flight phenomena and atmosphere characteristics. On a basis of mathematical models on the computer by authors for a number of years are developed the information calculations systems, adaptive to a wide range of the problems related to designing laser radar systems.

It considered the task of computing the value of function (which is determent on countable discrete support) for each point in domain of definition, if it is known only average value of that function on sufficiently big assembly of finite or countable subsets. That task is analogous the integral geometry task on continuality spaces with measure. But the discrete support of functional space permit to obtain new combinatorial methods for inversion of average operators, which are not reducible to known formulas in integral geometry. Those methods may by apply on spaces with different mathematical structures.

Coevolutionary algorithm is a self-tuned optimization procedure based on genetic algorithms. Algorithm adaptation for constrained and multiobjective optimization problems and its efficiency investigation are considered. It is demonstrated that coevolutionary algorithm is not less effective than best for problem-in-hand individual conventional algorithm for constrained one-objective optimization problems and coevolutionary algorithm is as effective as average individual algorithm for multiobjective optimization problems.

The procedure of calculation of the coefficients of the comparative value of particular diagnostic indices, based on the modified procedure of the paired comparisons of their significance and the relation of the partial transitivity of the paired estimations given by expert is described. These coefficients are used with conducting of the integrated assessment of the mental and physiological state of men investigated at the fixed moment of time and in the temporary dynamics with the aid of integral diagnostic indices and their systems proposed earlier.
