The problem of intelligent control systems design with soft and quantum computing for a robot manipulator with 3 degrees of freedom is described. The self-organization knowledge base strategy of one type fuzzy controllers using quantum soft computing technologies is considered. Coordination control of a robot manipulator with 3 degrees of freedom is organized by generalized unit in control system loop based on soft computing. General methodology of generalized unit de-sign based on physical laws of quantum computing and connection circuit of control system with intelligent buildup on one type fuzzy controllers sequence is considered. Efficiency of proposed intelligent control systems constructing method for working in typical and unpredicted control situations is demonstrated in case of practical control object comparing with con-trol systems structures based on soft computing. The comparison is produced for both control systems: a system with one type of independent fuzzy controllers’ sequences and control system with one fuzz y controller knowledge base. New control system type is organized with generalized unit introduction into control loop system on one type independent fuzzy contro l-ler’s sequences.

The efficiency of synthesis procedures in computer-aided design systems (CAD systems) of machining opera-tion processes is determined by a system hierarchical structure, choice validity of the of input and output information flows in its elements (subsystems), input-output data converting rules and possibility of dynamic response to a production situation in machining workshops. For this purpose the authors have carried out the research of an intelligent CAD system for the multi-product machinery production with a computer integrated manufacturing control (in view of the CAM system approach). A set-theoretic approach is applied in the research. A set of elements is assigned to a CAD system, with each element compl y-ing with its function and links, some of them are depend on time parameter. The composition and hierarchy of CAD subsystems are given. Subsystems implementing the learning curve and best practice concepts in machine processing procedures along with functions of solution selection criteria on the levels of solution synthesis decomposition as well as data and tem-poral connections to CAM are referred to specific features of a CAD system in question. The article considers decomposition levels of technological processes design and the associated CAD system functions within every le vel. The analyzed approach and rules of data conversion were used in the development of software tools for a computer-aided design of technological processes in the one-off and limited production environment. They are tested at one of the enterprises of Tver, Russia.

The article considers the possibility of applying hybrid system that integrates a strategy of neural network models and methods of processing data to create fuzzy classification rules and interpret acoustic signals using developed in-terpreter. Acoustic signals interpreter is based on the idea of growing pyramidal network that is adapted for working with fuzzy descriptions of objects. Class models in constructed network are interpreted in fuzzy statements that serve as a set of production rules for a fuzzy logic conclusion. The production rules are presented as understandable verbal terms for expert. The paper discusses program implementation of the interpreter. It also describes an algorithm for constructing hierarchical neural structure and the production rules forming procedure. The article presents the results of testing a software implementa-tion of the interpreter in actual recordings of acoustic signals (respiratory noises and a voice signals).

The article considers the information system that allows centralized work in research teams. The system is de-veloped in the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of Samara State University of Architecture and CivilEngineering. The system takes advantage of social media to communicate within groups. It allows evaluating the effective-ness of the research groups work and coordinating the activities throughout the semester. The information system is used di-rectly in the educational process of the faculty. It provides weekly meetings for student research groups at the university, and monitoring the progress of scientific groups for teachers and group leaders. However, the information system is not limited by weekly "offline" meetings, because it is available via Internet. The functions of the information system include the abili ty to hold "online" meetings with discussing current research group questions in the "chat", and record the results. Thus it pro-vides continuous successful work in all scientific groups of the department. The result of the work is displayed in the reports at the end of a semester, and in performance evaluation based on the information system data.

The article discusses standard methods for solving constrained optimization problems based on artificial dete-rioration of the objective function value when violating given constraints. The methods of assigning dynamic and adaptive penalties are described. The paper considers selection modifications in a differential adaptive genetic algorithm based on the behavioral memory method for adapting it to this class of problems. The paper presents the results of study a combination of standard methods and observable differential algorithm on a test functions set that show the most efficient combination of dynamic penalty and algorithm modification. The algorithm modification is presented in the possibility of a transition to S k subset only solutions that satisfy all the constraints. Allocation of two subsets determines low efficiency of adaptive penalties due to inability to obtain complete information on the entire set of decisions and frequent changes in S o subset. Based on a comparison of the data and test results of other genetic algorithms, it is concluded that the differential algorithm is better av-eraged performance of the classical algorithm, but can yield better at non-optimal settings, as well as comparable to the co-evolutionary algorithm. This allows using differentiated adaptive genetic algorithm to solve practical optimization problems.

The article considers the modeling methodology for detection process of air facilities by ground surveillance radar under the impact of dipole passive jamming and natural passive jamming (local objects and the "angel echo" type ja m-ming). The methodology is created to implement this process in a Cosmonauts Training computer system for training combat crews of radar troops subdivisions. There was an analysis of the status and prospects of air and space attack devices and their application tactics. It shows that one way of overcoming air defense system is using radio interference. Electronic warfare provides passive jamming with high intensity. Moreover, passive jamming as reflections from the ground surface (local sub-jects) and from hydrometeors is always in radar receiver. Modeling detection process of air facilities by ground surveillance radar includes considering the capability of radar in jamming environment. It also should take into account origin aspects and impact of jamming on the radar. There are works that present approaches to making jamming models, but these approaches can not be implemented in a ground radar model operating in real time in rapidly changing complex conditions. The purpose of the paper is to provide an adequate and easily implemented modeling process of passive jamming affecting ground radar for using in training systems for training combat crews of radar troops subdivisions. The paper resents relations in formulas for calculating target detection facts when radar is under the impact of natural and artificial passive jamming.

The paper describes the methodology of developing modular applications on the client side for systems «soft-ware as a service» (SAAS) and implementation of the modules.js framework. The paper presents the rationale for software modularization on the SaaS client side and unsolved problems in the existing technologies. A set of actions for software modularization is considered in the section on methodology for developing modular applications on the client side of the SaaS. The section on the software implementation methodology considers a set of modules.js framework subsystems and their practical application in the methodology. Software implementation allows creating single page application with dyna m-ic loading and unloading of modules, dynamical redirecting requests to a scalable server-side and creating specific types of modules for data visualization using data templates. This approach simplifies the development of complex SAAS applica-tions and improves code supportability.

The article is devoted to the development of software for simulating flying an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and its autonomous positioning using computer vision, computer graphics and parallel computing. The relevance of the a u-tonomous UAV positioning without using satellite systems GPS and GLONASS is discussed. Conveyor -parallel software system “PPS INS” is used as the basis of the "Navigator-M". This system was developed at PSI RAS. Statement of the au-tonomous positioning problem is described. The approach to its solution is based on a satellite image of the part of the Earth's surface over which vehicle performs its flights. This image is also used to generate a video sequence of frames from the camera installed on the virtual vehicle. The problem of positioning the UAV is reduced to the calculation of the projective transformation parameters. A transformation links the images from satellites (AES) and the UAV using pairs of corresponding points observed in both images. An a p-proach that allows speeding up the search for such pairs is described. Experiments have shown that "Navigator-M" success-fully solves the problem of automatic determination of the position and orientation of the UAV. Various methods of calcula t-ing the position and orientation of the UAV in flight, as well as methods to improve the stability of the system at a differe nt time of a day, weather conditions and time of a year are described.
