The development objective of the data support method for structural-complicated and spread out over a period of time and distance projects implementation is worded and formalized. Project is understood to be the whole complex of activities needed to achieve the goal. Those activities are connected by ordering relation (imperative precedence). Moreover, the duration of each activity (determined or random) is known. Transition to market economy, domestic and international situation changes that complicated with crisis developments in national economics reasonably cause the need to critically analyze the methods of meeting the state product requirements and to work-out brand new approaches to these issues. Problem solving method is based on the application of network planning and network management tools, on the idea of critical path optimization. In addition, known methods are updated for consideration of stochastic factors that have an effect on duration and probability ofuccessful completions of project activities. Climatic effect on the project process is taken into consideration by dropping execution of work intensity depending from calendar time when counting the critical path of the project graph which determines the time of project implementation as a whole. Suggested methodology for operational control of project implementation allows to address the consequences of untimely or incorrect implementation of certain project activities. Functional test of suggested method is carried out using presented simulated model.

One of the major factors promoting increase of efficiency of functioning of units of continuous molding of preparations, ensuring working capacity and optimum technological operating modes of the equipment is. For increase in service life of crystallizers now resort to certain technological modifications of their working walls. This improvement of quality of a surface of a crystallizer at the expense of use of special alloys or coverings on a surface of a copper wall. Physical and mathematical simulation of thermal process of system «metal melt–a coating–a crystallizer pan wall» at the moment of steel priming is in-process presented. The software product which use allows to track character of an establishment of a temperature field at a heatstroke at the moment of steel pouring is developed for mathematical modelling; to analyse a temperature field from time in a covering and a wall of a crystallizer and to define the maximum size of temperature. The results received during use of the software product, were used at a choice of optimum modes of a covering from nickel on an internal wall of a crystallizer for increase of wear resistance of the equipment without decrease in quality of finished goods.

Possibilities of the intelligent data mining for decision support systems by means of integration of the OLAP technology and fuzzy logic are considered. The given integration allows implementing measures for complex multidimensional analysis of big data volumes, their dynamics and trends. It is noticed that although the OLAP technology does not be a needed attribute of modern data warehouses, at present this technology is actively applied, in particular, for data analyses storing in warehouses. Such concepts from the fuzzy set theory as a fuzzy cut, fuzzy set to set an accordance index are used. The necessary formal definitions are given and the corresponding illustrations are presented. The work is performed for analyses and operating ill-definite (ambiguous) information (data and knowledge).

Possibilities of the application and program implementation of formal means integrating capabilities of expanded Bayesian belief networks and Dempster–Shafer’s method are considered. This means are oriented towards using in intelligent decision support systems for the help to experts at diagnostics of difficult problem situations. Unlike traditional Bayesian belief networks, the application of perspective multilevel (difficult-structured) networks, more convenient for complex problem research and representing expert data, is offered. Integration allows to use at diagnostics both expert data, and numerical (probabilistic) data obtained in the result of measurements. Joining Bayesian belief networks and Dempstera–Shafer's method allows to estimate ratios between possible outcomes (situations) and to specify their probabilities. The offered approach is implemented in the prototype of the intelligent decision support system for diagnostics of difficult diseases of vision.

The promptitude of communications-electronics equipment recovery (CEE) in the case of its failure depends on efficiency of technical diagnosis system (TDS) functioning, the main task of it is searching of the place and the reason of failure (fault isolation). Complicated CEE operational experience shows that existing TDS does not provide requested time for fault isolation. One of the reasons for this is the lack of operating staff qualification. Considering that training of specialists in technical maintenance almost does not upgrade and can even worsen due to military education reforming, another problem solving approach is needed. An obvious way to improve TDS is to create an automated technical diagnosis control system. And it requires to formalize the process of communications-electronics equipment fault isolation. In this article, based on the analysis of fault isolation process of analog and digital communications-electronics equipment, conceptual provisions defining the fault isolation principle are received. Considering these provisions, structural-functional model that allows to describe the CEE fault isolation process officially is developed. Based on the formal description, the automation of the technical diagnosis of the equipment system is possible.

Communications-electronics equipment recovery (CEE) in the case of its failure implies solving of the following problems: 1) fault isolation (inoperative elements search); 2) replacement of inoperative elements with workable; 3) post-repair technical control of CEE. The solution of the first and the third problem is realized by the system of technical diagnosis, the second – the system of current maintenance. Due to standardization and building block concept, replace time of found inoperative standard elements (SER), as distinct from their search, almost does not depend on qualification of specialists and action making while replacing SER, cracked down by operating instructions. However, experience of operating a complex CEE shows that failure of one SER can be the reason of the other elements failures in the chain, and their random replacement can lead to «lay-up» of known good elements. In this regard, in the process of current maintenance of product, the task of recognition (determination) of failure mode in order to work-out the replacement procedure of inoperative SER. Existing classification of equipment failures is analyzed in the paper. Since this classification does not fully take into account the variety of failure signs, its expansion is suggested. Considering the proposed classification, the method of recognition of failure mode is developed. Based on this method, an identification model of communications-electronics equipment is designed, it allows to formally describe the failure mode recognition process and sequence replacing of inoperative elements while current maintenance. Based on formalized description, the automation of operating system of equipment current maintenance is possible.

In this article we propose an algorithm of power system optimization using criteria-based programming. This method is based on the theory of similarity, criteria-based analysis and geometric programming. It makes possible to optimize the efficiency function (consists of arbitrary polynomials with the degree of complexity more than one) with the limitations in the form of equations and inequalities. These advantages allow to optimize the power system modes by different characteristics (voltage, active and reactive power, power loss) with the account of all electrical laws. This method of the criteria-based programming was used for optimization of reactive power flows in the 110 kV power system of «IDGC of Center» – «Smolenskenergo» to reduce active power losses and for optimization of complex heterogeneous 110/330 kV power system.

The artificial world is a specially organized computing environment where the development and improvement of the populations of competing artificial organisms realized as mobile software agents take place. The basic principles of such an environment play the defining role in the process of artificial organisms's formation. The spatial organization of artificial world is very important for mobile software agents’s populations evolution because of the influence on optimal strategy choice of agents's movements. It also define the rules and possibilities of agents’s interactions. In this paper the spatial organization of the agent-oriented artificial world’s models is considered. As a rule, the space in artificial world’s models is considered as a cellular, and models in general belong to one of two main classes: cellular automata or multidimensional Turing machines. The space in the given model is also considered as cellular, but the principle of hierarchical multilayer organization of each single cell is entered. According to this principle, each cell is an infinite set of layers, and each layer is identified by non-negative integer number. This allow to easily separate artificial organisms according to their species and functional purpose on hierarchically organized levels. The hierarchical organization make possible for organisms belonging to higher levels to control the organisms at lower levels. In the offered model the artificial organism can leave in each cell the labels similar to feromon traces of the insects in real world. This labels are accessible for organism and are necessary for making subsequent choice of moving direction. The example illustrating the influence of the model's space topological properties on the organism's speed of moving (dif-fusion) and the winning strategy of movement, is given.
