42. Automatic extraction of regular grids from rectified facade image

Abstract: We present a novel algorithm for automatic extraction of a set of non-overlapping grids of similar facade parts from single rectified image. The most frequent possible grid cells sizes and grid cells centers are estimated by detecting and analyzing similar rectangles in input image. Greedy iterative algorithm sequentially chooses grids with maximum quality measure that incorporates empirical observations about similarities and symmetries. Comparison hows that the proposed algorithm outperforms two other state-of-the-art methods and can handle occlusions.

The solution to this problem for the case of supply of drilling equipment requires the creation of complex models, which are traditionally, used mathematical apparatus of queue systems. The way of the decision of a problem of drilling spare parts using the results of diagnosis and prediction of emergency situations based on the technology of neural networks.

46. Procedure of calculating the coefficients of the diagnostic indices comparative value

Abstract: The procedure of calculation of the coefficients of the comparative value of particular diagnostic indices, based on the modified procedure of the paired comparisons of their significance and the relation of the partial transitivity of the paired estimations given by expert is described. These coefficients are used with conducting of the integrated assessment of the mental and physiological state of men investigated at the fixed moment of time and in the temporary dynamics with the aid of integral diagnostic indices and their systems proposed earlier.
