Kolchugina Elena Anatolievna - Dr. Sc., Professor of the Mathematical Support and Computer Application Department in the Penza State University, Department of Mathematical Sup-port and Computer Application, Associate Professor.
Education: graduated with an honours degree in Software for Computers and Automated Systems from the Penza State Technical University in 1994. In 1997 graduated from the post-graduate program at the Penza State University.

- Information processes in computer networks;
- Modern technologies of software development 
Research areas: artificial life; genetic algorithms, genetic programming and evolutionary computing; parallel and distributed computing; self-organization of software systems; automation of software development.
