1. Optimization algorithms of continuous lactic acid biosynthesis [№3 за 2012 год]

In the article there are obtained ratios for calculation of continuous lactic acid biosynthesis indicators. The ratios are based on a mathematical model of continuous synthesis in fermenter with agitation. Feature of the model is that each component (substrate, biomass and product) the own expression for specific velocity is written. As the criterion of optimality the productivity Qp on target product (lactic acid) is used. When solving optimal task, at first there are evaluated the channel speed D and the substrate concentration in the output flow, and then the substrate concentration Sf at the inlet of the machine is calculated ensuring maximum productivity. The obtained ratios are used for the development of algorithms of continuous lactic acid biosynthesis optimization. Three variants are considered: absence of limits of the substrate concentration in the incoming flow and the flow value; the maximum possible substrate concentration in the incoming flow and the specified flow value; limit of the flow speed. The second variant is determined by the concentration of the substrate in the incoming stream for optimal conditions, the third is the flow. The second algorithm provides for validation of flow value and the possibility of correction. Numerical results have shown that the greatest value of productivity is achieved for the first variant: Qp=12,42 g/(l h) Sf=46,8 g/l and D=0,5 h-1. Productivity of the second variant: Qp=7,85 g/(l h), Sf=30,39 g/l and D=0,8 h-1. For the third variant: Qp=12,23 g/(l h), Sf=60 g/l and D=0,5 h-1.

2. Mathematic model of the user Network-on-Chip [№3 за 2012 год]

Microelectronics development provided implementation of complex electronic systems in integrated-circuit form. CAD systems, integral technologies and design cycle during design of electronic system are selected to reduce time of their creation, increase reliability and quality of the final product. The effectiveness of the design process can be improved with different approaches, e.g. SoC – system on a chip, SiP – system in a package, MCM – multi chip module etc. For design of complex MPSoC – Multiprocessors System on a Chip it was provided NoC technology – network on a chip. Architectures of specialized MPSoC applications include numerous heterogeneous computing cores and memory modules. Each core provides a limited set of applicable functions. Such projects can be provided with simple inter-core communication. NoC technology is used for design of communication environment that provides communication between different system modules. NoC consists of routers that are physically connected with each other. Each computation core and memory blocks are connected to NoC by means of interface to the network (RNI-interface). In general case, NoC technology suggests the use of homogeneous topology – the grid, which provides connection of the same number of cores to each switch that form the domain. Domains in the system interact and they represent a regular structure. Alternative solution presents usage of heterogeneous topology; this fact assumes consideration of specific core features during design stage of the designed system. Number of routers and switching method are selected with the purpose of minimization of signal latency, chip size and power consumption. Heterogeneous topology helps to design specialized applications with minimal versatile properties. There is provided mathematical model of the user network-on-chip (NoC). There is provided search shortest path in the flow chart. Obtained outputs of algorithm operation for NoC topology optimization are provided.

3. Samara school of professor S.A. Prokhorov on application analysis of random processes [№3 за 2012 год]

The article describes the main results obtained at the department of information systems and technologies of Samara State Aerospace University under the guidance of professor S.A. Prokhorov in the field of application analysis of random processes, time series and flows of events. It highlights the issue and describes the main stages of approximative analysis of probabilistic characteristics for a random probabilistic characteristic, for correlation and spectral analysis and for cross correlation and spectral analysis. It briefly specifies the results obtained in the course of research works in the field of development of technology and software for automated systems of random processes application analysis, including: mathematical description, methods and algorithms of simulation of random processes, flows of events and nonuniform time series; methods and algorithms of analysis of distribution laws, characteristic functions, correlation and spectral functions, structural functions; and solution of problems of secondary processing of time series, including identification of random processes in terms of the type of functional characteristic, approximation of distribution laws, characteristic, correlation and structural functions, power spectral density, by means of parametric models, which are the functions of given type as well as the orthogonal functions of exponential type. It gives the description of functionality of the automated systems set enabling to solve different application problems of analysis of random processes and time series. The article also describes the examples of real problems which solution involved the specified methods and algorithms of application analysis of random processes: in physics, acoustics, oceanology, medicine, machine engineering and other fields where the researchers face the necessity to process random processes with various characteristics.

4. Templet – method of process oriented simulation of parallelism [№3 за 2012 год]

This paper presents a new methodology of simulation of parallel processes TEMPLET being developed by the author at the department of information systems and technologies of Samara State Aerospace University. It reviews the improved version of notation, which makes it possible: to describe interprocess communication protocols in the form of sequence of communicated messages; to represent the logic of process operation by means of message processing procedures; to visualize the processes and their communication by means of annotated graphs. Simulation method is designed to describe the systems with inherent parallelism on the basis of a process approach. The following aspects of methodology are focused on: the way of process decomposition into message processing procedures; description of process communication protocols in the form of finite-state machines; graphic notation for visualization of process model; detailed description of rules for transmission of model dynamics. An example of the simplest system of fork-join type processes is given to illustrate this. The article consists of five parts. The Introduction considers the purposes of design. The main part shows the upper level diagram describing the process composition and pictographic elements used in it. Then the analysis of examples for the objects comprising the process composition diagram is represented. Further the communication object diagrams are reviewed – channels, diagrams of message processing objects - processes. The representation finishes with a brief description of the support software for TEMPLET simulation methodology and a reference to sources with examples of its usage. Besides, the reference to the web site of the research project related to this methodology is proposed, where you can find its support software.

5. Application of parallel programming package Graphplus templet in modeling [№3 за 2012 год]

Software implementation of parallel programming tools Graphplus templet is represented, which automates the development of parallel programs for multiprocessor work stations and supercomputers. This development has been carried out at the department of information systems and technologies of Samara State Aerospace University within the research project «Graph Plus» ( The article develops the approach, which makes it possible to expand and simplify the use of high performance computing hardware in numerical simulations. The key concepts of this approach are the following: application of generic solutions (patterns) of parallel programming; automatic parallelizing and deployment of code on different software and harware architectures; allocation of roles of system programmer – application programmer; usage of integrated development environments and code visualization techniques. The approach is based on the authorial methodology of parallel processes design – TEMPLET-methodology. The structure of the new version of software complex of parallel programming automation Graphplus templet is described. The detailed review of functioning principle of a program graphic model translator, input and output data of the translator, its integration with MS Visual Studio environment is given. The usage of software complex for solution of problems of non linear dynamics and computer optics is shown. Efficiency factors for the programs generated in it in the course of executing on multiprocessor work stations run under MS Windows and on the supercomputer «Sergei Korolev» of Samara State Aerospace University operating under Linux are provided.

6. Management of enterprise personnel interaction in multiactor integrated information environment [№3 за 2012 год]

The article describes the mechanism of information management of consistent interaction of the research and development enterprise personnel in the integrated information environment on the basis of the results of interdependent interval and correlation analysis of message passing regularity of pace. It proposes the technology of analysis of the enterprise organizational structure enabling to explore the combined impact of a time factor and a human factor on the process of interaction by production and coordination of solutions by the users of integrated information environment. It presents the interaction model in multiactor integrated information environment of the enterprise enabling to implement the strategies of information management of its users' interaction with regard to the human factor, and proposes formalization of problem of information object distribution among actors in the form of allocation problem. It introduces the relevance coefficient which allows determination of consistency between information objects and interests of actors formalized in the form of tag clouds, as well as the regularity coefficient, which allows exploration of information interchange flows between the participants of decision making process. It shows that the users of the integrated information environment of the research and development enterprise comprise a social network that makes it possible to explore new properties of the enterprise personnel interaction processes in the common information area. It proposes the structure of the personnel management system at the research and development enterprise in the integrated information environment. The example is given to illustrate implementation of the described approach, which made it possible to provide operability of automated smart systems of production resources distribution management in real time mode.

7. Solution of simultaneous polynomial equations on a computer [№3 за 2012 год]

The article offers the accelerated algorithm of Groebner bases search used in the course of solution of simultaneous polynomial equations. The proposed algorithm considers the issue of word size overflow and incorrect computations in the course of calculating on the computer. The classical Buchberger's algorithm and the updated Faugere's algorithm require a lot of steps; meanwhile they do not contain any additional actions on correction of floating point numbers computations that causes some errors and incorrect computation of simultaneous equations roots and irrational factors. The new algorithm by several times reduces the number of operations of polynom quantity reduction, does not store all possible pairs of polynoms and does not check them for the fact that one can be expressed in terms of the other. The algorithm proposed in the article operates only with that number of polynoms which are now a basis. The basis is expanded if none of the polynoms represented in it can be represented in the form of combination of the other polynoms of this basis. Otherwise, the extra polynom shall be removed from the basis that helps avoid overgrowth of the basis and excess operations with this polynom. In order to avoid the problem of incorrect computations because of the word size of the computer the algorithm envisages post-check. If any of the polynoms is reduced, then the initial polynom should be represented by the combination of the reduced polynom and the rest of the basis polynoms. If the values of coefficients of the equal monoms do not coincide after that, then the coefficients of the reduced polynom require correction by the error size.

8. Study of approximative possibilities of radial-basic network with orthogonal polynoms [№3 за 2012 год]

The article describes set up of the problem of approximation, provides rationalization for possibility to use the radial-basic neural network as an approximator of probability density function, gives the approximating statement for this network and statement for objective function, by means of which selection of basic function parameters and weight values is done. Besides, this article considers the possibility to use not only canonical Gaussian functions in the course of approximation of probability density function with a radial-basic network, but also sigmoidal functions, power functions and orthogonal polynoms of Legendre, Chebyshev of I and II kind, Laguerre and Hermite, and gives the relevant formulae. It compares the accuracy of approximation by means of computation of mean-square deviation. Approximation of probability density of Simpson and Rayleigh with a radial-basic network with sigmoidal, power functions as well as polynoms of Legendre, Chebyshev of I and II kind, Laguerre and Hermite are given as examples. At the end there is a recommendation to use the radial-basic network with polynoms of Legendre, Chebyshev of I and II kind as basic functions in case of increase of neurons number in the buried layer, because this network allows lower values of mean-square deviation than the one with canonical Gaussian functions to be achieved.

9. Multifunctional simulator of neural networks [№3 за 2012 год]

The article describes the neurosimulator implementing models of multilayered perceptron, radial-basic networks and fuzzy neural networks. It studies the efficiency of usage of neurosimulator to solve classification and forecasting problems. The article pays attention to the analysis of hybrid models of neural networks and fuzzy inference systems based on condition-action rules «if-then». It reviews the knowledge bases in fuzzy inference system of Mamdani-Zade, models of fuzzy inference TKS, Tsukamoto model, Wang-Mendel model of fuzzy production network. Based on the specified models the software complex is implemented, which makes it possible to check the accuracy of computations in the course of solution of classification and forecasting problems. Comparison of the results was carried out using the same data, in several series with different values of neural network parameters in order to identify the average error value at each type of problems. Comparison of accuracy of the obtained result was carried out as per the error function value, mean-square error and percentage error. In the course of solution of classification problems the best results were obtained in case of Wang-Mendel network and TKS. In the course of study of the efficiency of forecasting problem solutions the best results were shown by the networks implementing Mamdani-Zade and Tsukamoto models. This example clearly demonstrates impossibility to choose a single optimal model and for the problems of different classes one should use different models, which are to the best advantage applicable under the particular problem conditions.

10. Automation of management of national research university and monitoring of its activity [№3 за 2012 год]

The problem to be solved is to build an integrated automated information system of university management and information analytical system of monitoring of subdivision activities and quantitative assessment of university output quality. The purpose of the first one is automation of the university management system on the basis of creation of the unified integrated database, and its development is carried out by means of introduction and organization of cooperative work of specialized software products to implement various business functions. Introduction of the integrated automated information system of university management made it possible to improve considerably the management accounting at the university, to bring a set of business processes into the legal framework, to carry out more emphasized formation of executors’ liability points, to regulate the internal structure and minimize the amount of output document, considerably reduce the terms of structural analysis of the university performance indicators and work with external organizations. The system of monitoring of subdivision activity and quantitative assessment of quality of university output is aimed at increase of management system efficiency and quality of work of university subdivisions, and solves the following problems: increase of efficiency of monitoring of educational and scientific-research processes on the basis of systematic measurement of their indicators; improvement of the system of support and maintenance of managerial solutions on the basis of monitoring of university operational performance and efficiency indicators; provision of information support of the quality management system; improvement of wage system on the basis of quality indicator monitoring; increase of reliability of internal and external reported data. The systems are realized in Samara State Aerospace University (national research university) by the personnel of the department of information systems and technologies and information technologies and telecommunication management.
