51. Problem of decision-making support in estimation of investment projects of foundry plants on the basis of moulding lines [№4 за 2012 год]

Methods and software enabling the estimation of efficiency and the comparisons of alternative designs of foundry plants on the basis of moulding lines are discussed. Problem of estimation of efficiency of investment projects of foundry plants on the basis of moulding lines is formulated in the terms of decision theory. Presented approach is based on the reduction of multicriterion problem of estimation of investment project to one-criterion problem. Set of outcomes of acceptable alternatives, set of vectorial estimations of outcomes, mapping of set of outcomes of acceptable alternatives to set of vectorial estimations of outcomes and structure of decision maker’s preferences are described. Decision rule which allows to carry out required operation over the set of acceptable alternatives is formulated. Application of simulation for estimation of technological and constructional decisions, which was made during the plant design, is the central feature of presented approach. Model of moulding line refers to discrete-event class. Object-oriented approach was applied for designing of the model and programming language C++ for its implementation. Application of detailed simulation model of moulding line allows to carry out an accurate estimation of technological and constructional characteristics of involved projects. Presented methodology of estimation of investment projects of foundry plants on the basis of moulding lines is tried-and-true method which applies on the phase of designing and engineering of foundry plant.

52. The use of the software product «2P-Kadry!» to improve the efficiency of the use of human resources of the enterprise [№4 за 2012 год]

In this article the problems of application software products of domestic and foreign developments are considered to improve the efficiency of the labor resources of industrial enterprises. It is shown that application of the automated information system «2P-Kadry!» is the most effective enterprise in the transition of the Russian economy to the market economy and the fundamental changes in the formation of enterprise labor resources. In enterprises the implementation of embedded software «2P-Kadry!» functions will significantly reduce the number of managers and specialists, to implement the marketing conduct of the labor resources, the planning personnel work, to provide the operative accounting of the personnel, to calculate the personnel potential and enterprise needs in the labor resources, to substantiate the effectiveness of management decisions, etc.

53. The object-oriented programming trends in the design of KuMir [№4 за 2012 год]

In the modern world, the development of multi-platform software in theory is greatly simplified compared to the past century. It offers programming techniques such as recycling (re-use) of the source and (or) binary code, the use of interpreters and emulators, virtualization, Web-technology, etc. In practice, most of these methods are complicated and cumbersome and cannot alone (de facto) to provide multi-platform developed programs and systems. If the software system is to be used at computers and computer systems with completely different interfaces and capabilities, we have to use a special set of techniques and tools to reduce the time and resources for developing the software system. System KuMir combines different development environments (from pictographic to integrated with the runtime system), various programming languages (from pictograms and school algorithmic language to Pascal, C++, Phyton), a variety of programcontrolled performers (from virtual to created, for example, LEGO Mindstorms NXT). The range of equipment that can be used for KuMir is very broad: standard desktop computer with a keyboard and mouse, laptops, tablet computers, mobile devices (phones). These devices are equipped with a whole range of system software: MS Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android, Windows Mobile, Maemo, MeeGo, IOS, etc. These devices are equipped with a variety of man-machine interface, which also imposes certain requirements for the development process. Multiple technologies (such as the maximum use of a single software code, the use of an object-oriented programming, portable class libraries PLO, discipline and technology of parallel software development, virtualization, etc.) are used for software development enabling multi-platform of the software system that reduces the time and programmer resources necessary for the implementation,. The complexity of the problem is exacerbated by the fact that KuMir is being developed as a network system, in which various software robots being in their own worlds can be controlled by programs from a variety of devices on the network. Pedagogical problems that can be solved with this approach is not limited to the study of the foundations of procedural programming, but can be extended to the study of parallel programming, problem solving logic, mathematical problems of varying complexity (virtual robot is on the endless surface) and problems in mechanics (for control of LEGO Mindstorms NXT). Moreover, to solve a particular problem may require communication between students whose programs address common algorithmic problems.

The problem system analysis of models and methods coordinated management in multi-agent systems is formulated. This systems are intellectual active systems. Matter of theory multi-agent systems are uncovered. Character of methods coordinated management is presented as totality of formalize and not formalize methods of system analysis. Basic classis of conduct models in systems man–machine of coordinated management and adoption decisions are presented. Fuzzy algorithms are elaborated, which are realizing of group by investigation of operations with computers and model of conduct of intellectual active system. This system is interactive system man-machine of modeling coordinated optimization in diffuse conditions.

55. The state orders market monitoring information system with the possibility of multi-criteria search, management decision support and results personalization [№4 за 2012 год]

This article shows us the analysis of the most common state orders market participant’s practical problems. The developed system is invited to automate the solution of these problems. This area existing solutions are considered, their main weakness are identified. Also, this article shows us proposed software solutions of multi-criteria search and personalization of results, systems mobility and remote access to its services. The description of system’s architecture is shown. Its functionality software implementation is based on cloud computing model with mobile platforms support. Process of information exchange with the primary data source of state orders (zakupki.gov.ru ftp server), implementation of required data searching with Sphinx full text search server, search logic with configurable filtering of required data are described. This article also shows us the description of the developing systems mobile client structure and logic by implementing mobile app under Apple iOS OS and UI prototypes design (custom filters screen prototypes, orders news feed, selected contracts detailed information screen). Intended systems user contingent, composition of practical problems, which can be solved by means of the system, are analyzed and described.

56. The analysis of complex-structured text data, that characterize processes of state orders formation, placement and performance in science and technology [№4 за 2012 год]

This article shows the analysis of current pressing problems of information support for administrative state structures, which are responsible for implementation of federal and regional programs actions in science and technology. The main problems of data accumulation patterns are shown. This data characterizes the processes of state orders formation, placement and performance (carried out under the program). To solve these problems, the authors propose to develop the method of semantic content analysis of state orders original data set in order to establish links between them based on semantic analysis techniques. Comparative analysis of the basic classification and text data clustering algorithms are shown, test application of the LSA/LSI (Latent Semantic Analysis/Indexing) algorithm for existing reports of state contracts in scientific and technical areas are described, the necessary information about their baseline characteristics and the results with identifying case-related groups are also shown (the algorithm is based on decomposition of the original coined in documents words diagonal matrix by singular value). The morphological processing of raw text descriptions procedure are described in article. It was carried out using Pymorphy, the morphological analysis library. Also this article shows the stop words and the most rare and most commonly used exclusion procedure. The use of FCM (Fuzzy Classifier Means) algorithm are proposed and described, because there are no any support for overlapping clusters in LSA/LSI algorithm. The expected results scientific novelty and end-users target groups of perspective software tools are shown.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling is a powerful numerical method for solving equations related to the flow of liquids and gases. Over the last ten years, CFD modeling has become an integral part of engineer design and analyses of many companies due to its ability to predict new schemes and processes before their realization and application. Nowadays, CFD software packages are considered as a standard tool not only for prediction of the liquid’s behavior, but also for description of heat transfer, mass transfer (dissolution), phase transition (freezing, melting, boiling), chemical transformation (combustion, oxidation), mechanical motion (agitator, turbine) and deformation of solid constructions. Development of new areas of industry requires design of new equipment and technological schemes that respond to the requirement of production of qualitative material, considering resource and energy conservation and taking into account ecology problems. Supercritical drying is a method of aerogel obtainment. At its core, the supercritical drying is a solvent replacement in the pores of the gel on the supercritical fluid by diffusion. After that, pressure reset to the atmospheric and, therefore, fluid transfer in the gaseous state. Special reactor is needed to implement such a process. It must be designed for the required parameters and manufactured with appropriate materials. The article presents an example of using CFD Fluent software package for processes optimization in supercritical reactor of certain geometry. The best geometry of the object was shown and recommendations for modernization were done.
