There was developed a methodic of diagnostics based on computation of diseases probabilities. This methodic is using multivariate distribution, repeatedly defined symptoms, analyses and other data, markers of viral hepatitis, etc – are considered. There was written a program that makes differential diagnostics between obstructive and hepatocellular jaundice with effectiveness 97 %.
