The paper considers a new algorithm and software approach to construction and operation of urban primary telecommunications networks. It assumes that the owner and operator of all cable networks in the underground part of a set-tlement is the Government Organization leasing the channels of communication to all commercial operators on a compet itive basis. This approach allows saving town-planning resources while satisfying all potential subscribers by all telecommunica-tion services. In addition, all operators in this case are equal in their ability to have access to any communication service s by any subscribers. The author proposes an S hyper network approach to solve the problem of organizing a unified transport network (ITSS). He suggests modified algorithms for finding the locations of network stations and distribution networks boundaries for each type of cable lines, a neighborhood cable ducts optimization, optimal routing, selection of optimal structures of j-type cable lines, determining the type and capacity of j-type communication lines, as well as optimal packing of cable lines in the asbes-tos cement pipes (conduits). Solutions unification for the design, construction and subsequent operation of ITSS running by state regulator will allow regulating relationships between telecom operators, as well as improving social and economic bene-fits from the provision of various services of telecommunication networks.

42. The development of cars traffic routes planning system for rail freight [№4 за 2014 год]

The article considers the principles of creation of models to solve the problems of forming freight routes from departure stations to destination stations using various trains, as well as the problem of a choosing the most suitable train route. Cars can be delivered by one or several trains from departure stations to destination stations. At the departure stations a corresponding number of cars is joined to the suitable train set. It should be unhooked at the destination stations or at the in-termediate switchyards. These cars will be attached to other trains at the intermediate switchyards. The sending cars are de-livered to destination stations or to the most convenient stations using such trains for the subsequent delivery. The traditional simulation methods for solving such problems cause difficulties connected with high dimensionality and complexity of constraints for the conditions of freight cars transportation. The proposed principles are based on the idea of descriptions of freight cars quantity changes in and after each train sta-tion using special motion equations. Such equations are created by analogy with the motion equations which are used in dis-crete processes control. The using of these motion equations allowed creating the choice model of cars freight routes to the destination stations with various trains, as well as the model for defying the necessary quantity of trains routes. Besides, the paper describes the structure of a computer system implementing these models and the results of the computing experiments made by this sys-tem. A series of numerical experiments showed a sufficiently high effectiveness of the computer s ystem.

Functional modeling is widely applied in technology of building composite materials alongside with physical (manufacturing of the material physical sample) and structurally-imitating (imitation of system structural el-ements interoperability) modeling. The result is reception of the certain mathematical function that describes research object behavior abstracting from internal structure of a material substratum. The authors develop the program of B-D13 three-factor planned experiment data processing. It allows counting the plan and processing experiment results. The program algorithm includes a procedure of calculation of response func-tion factors, statistical processing and mathematical model visualization. All basic calculations are made cyclically that allows reconstructing a mathematical model abruptly, changing input data. Besides, the algorithm includes the auxilia-ry procedure providing input data syntactic check. The program corrects user actions using text notification when there are input data errors. The program has additional functions of data loading and conservation, as well as the functi on of exporting calculations results to Microsoft Excel where the user can make additional developments. The software product interface is implemented in the form of logical blocks that allow entering initial data and changing parameters of mathematical model output in interactive mode. The developed software product is applied to a planned experiment on research of concrete mixture parameters in-fluence on properties of the filled fine-grained concrete. The authors received a statistically adequate mathematical model of concrete strength. The developed software can be used in any scientifically-applied problems to optimize re-search object properties, select compounding and technological parameters where mathematical modeling is used by an experiments orthogonal planning method.

The article describes a method for enterprise resource modeling for process organization of enterprise man-agement system. The authors suggest a new object-oriented data model that includes business processes as mandatory com-ponents with a pre-set schedule delivery of initial data to the information system. The initial data supply is the result of a business process in the centers where the information about input data, output data, resources and decision-making results is formed. There is a detail review on the subject area information and reference system based on the object-oriented framework "COBRA++". The paper also includes an objects classification. The authors form five groups of enterprise information sys-tem objects: simple directories, complex directories, control objects, management objects, indicators. The paper shows the examples of varying complexity system objects created with "COBRA++" software package. Model creating is performed using the basic concepts of algebra-logic; the description is represented using predicates. The authors define the set of system objects, describe their construction rules, formalize the rules that specify object relations. In each case, the description of a predicate is accompanied by a truth set that defines clear criteria for the suitability of predicate arguments. Special attention is paid to objects characteristics and properties, such as a name, ID and a type. According to the objects formalization method, the authors specify the object system fixation criteria, as well as the unique object identifier generating rules. The paper pro-poses to consider a business process as a set of fixed control objects and indicators. Using "COBRA++" object-process tech-nology, a mathematical model of the information management system is implemented. It includes descriptions of business processes and corresponding domain objects. It gives a mathematical representation of the processes of collecting, using and presenting initial data and includes necessary classified sets of objects and processes, as well as their description rules con-sidering existing relationships.
