A research on the problem of power and energy flaws distribution between market participants is nessessary due to reforms of power supply sector, the possibility of wide use of renewed power sources, division of power and energy transfer services, definition of current and voltage harmonicity distortions sources. At market condi-tions electric power cost can be different in generating stations and other suppliers. Therefore, nodal pricing is an important problem. Nodal prices include losses in networks. The process of electric power flow tracing allows establishing the routes that connect particular generators with particular consumers, as well as defining shared contributions of generators to cover loading with regard to address distribution. The addressing method also allows defining a power transit price. The rules of joining new consumers to an electric network make it nessessary to carry out a structural analysis of a power system on ultraharmonics. The article investigates address distribution of active power flows and losses between the participants of the electric power market. The authors developed the algorithm and a program to solve the problem of power tracing and power losses. In the developed program Zbus matrix is used to solve the equations of the established modes, as well as to calculate nodal losses. For research of active power address transfer the authors used the IEEE 6bus test scheme, 8bus and 26bus equivalent schemes of Azerbaijan electric-power system. Results of address distribution calculations can be used when awarding two-sided contracts, calculating nodal prices, defining transfer costs etc.

The paper suggests an option to implement a control system for a BLDC sensorless drive using fuzzy logic. In this case, using a fuzzy logic controller makes the system more stable and increases the quality of motor control. After testing the system model in Simulink the authors created a base of fuzzy rules. Adjusting the drive phase switching moment is possible due to using the base of fuzzy rules. Fuzzy logic control system uses normalized values of current and a rate of rotation as input parameters. A fuzzy regulator adjusts the moment of commutation using the base of fuzzy rules. The paper describes the scheme and the algorithm of the proposed control system, which is based on a microcontroller. It also considers a program code for the microcontroller implementing the sensorless algorithm. The authors calculated minimal requirements for computational power of the microcontroller to create a control system. The analysis shows that almost any conventional industrial microcontroller is suitable for the proposed control system. As a result, it can be stated that using in-tellectual control methods in sensorless drive motors is reasonable due to the current level of computational devices' devel-opment. Such usage can significantly increase the quality of control while the cost of the whole system is almost the same.

The article describes the development process of an open source training CAE Sigma in a higher education institution aimed to train developers of CAE-based applications. For educational purpose the system development is considered to be continuous and never-ending process, in which the created suite is an object of design and an endless source of problems for students. The paper considers an aggregated list of issues and problems directly related to studying the method of finite elements, as well as features and algorithms of CAE systems that can be solved by students in order to modify and improve a software system. The authors briefly describe the suite, its structure, the calculation unit work scheme, as well as sub-systems that provide and facilitate system modification by the students during their learning process. The authors also note the disadvantages of the initial basic system that initiate the development of an advanced version of the suite, as well as the positive aspects of the implemented approach to teaching students. By virtue of the ability to import the geometric model from CAD-systems like AutoCAD and Solid Edge to the Sigma system and to export generated source data to AnSys and Nastran CAE-systems, the described suite considered to serve as the initial stage of commercial CAD/CAE-systems studying. The possibility to compare different CAE-system calculation results with identical source data is an incentive for students to more in-depth studying the finite element method and CAE-systems’ algorithms.

Autonomous systems for exploration, guarding, reconnaissance and taking probes are widely spread nowadays. Thus, a lot of well educated specialists are required in corresponding areas. There is a problem educating such specialists. It is connected with the necessity of practical experience in developing this kind of systems and interacting with them. The main fields of knowledge the graduated specialists have to deal with are neural networks, image recognition systems, image handling systems, fuzzy logic systems. To make students experienced in such kind of field, the authors have developed an autonomous four-wheeled platform. The platform is equipped with a set of sensors and a special arm for taking samples. The chassis of the platform is a four-wheeled plate made of styrofoam. The platform is driven by 12V motors with built-in gearbox. The platform is equipped with on-board Raspberry Pi computer with Raspbian as an operating system. The motors are controlled by the Aruduino Uno board connected to the Raspberry Pi through USB. There is a motorshield mounted on the Arduino that controls the motors of the platform. The prototyping shield with the set of sensors (magnetometer + accelerometer) is also mounted on the Arduino. The Arduino board is connected to the ultrasonic distance sensors to detect obstacles in front of the platform. There is an IP-camera in front part of the platform to get video information of the platform's environment. While working, the on-board computer creates a WiFi access point. One can control the platform or get its videostream using this WiFi network. The software of the platform consists of a set of programs that are connected to each other via network protocols using client-server technology. The set of the programs includes video server to get information from the IP-camera, the neural network server, the fuzzy logic server and the server to control the motors of the platform. The platform and its software were used during international technical summer schools provided by Siberian State Aerospace University named after M. F. Reshetnev. This system can also be used during the autonomous system development process.

The article describes a model developed by the authors to protect the security of data in medical information systems. At the beginning of the article is formulated and substantiated the idea that the use of health information systems in the classical models of safety significantly complicates the procedure of access rights settings to the data and makes the process very time-consuming. First of all it is connected with the need to provide access only to the data of the patient, who needed medical attention at any given time to carry out their professional duties. This requirement implies the need for constant adjustment of access rights of users of medical information systems. Thus, the security administrator workload increases substantially, and as a result increases the likelihood of error setting permissions. The solution to this problem the authors see the development of a new security model that takes into account the specifics of the organization to access data in medical information systems. The following is a detailed description of the developed model, which takes into account additional features such as access time, the current relationship between doctor and patient, the status of the patient, the degree of privacy and so on. It describes the basic elements of the operators of the model. Considered in detail the implementation of the procedure for determining access rights to protected objects. In conclusion, the authors conclude that the use of the developed model of security to protect the data in medical information systems allow to automate the process of assigning permissions and significantly reduce the workload of the security administrator.

Development of information technologies made people to pay more attention to automated methods of data analysis and processing. This article describes two interconnected methods for data processing: multifactor data analysis using the major components method and neural networks. The work showed a necessity to process data from patients’ tests and to predict a target parameter value through time based on this data. Prediction of a certain target parameter makes medical treatment easier due to doctor’s faster decision-making regarding a way of treatment. The authors used a multifactor analysis method (major components method). It allowed decreasing a problem scale, showed requirements to educational and test sets to design a mathematical model based on a neural network. It also allowed identifying key factors, which can be used as initial parameters for a neural-network model. The article contains load diagrams and graphical interpretation of a correlation between patients’ test values, as well as authors’ conclusions about correlation. Further, a neural network trained using a training sample (an amount of experiments for training was about 200). Training quality was controlled using a test set (an amount of experiments for a test was about 50). The article also contains a comparison of calculated and experimental data. An error of the neural network is 8 %. The authors developed software using C# and Visual Studio to implement the described methods.
