The article describes the system structure technology for data conversion when controlling mobile robot. There are many approaches to data processing organization. They are based on artificial neural networks, fuzzy logic, genetic algo-rithms, inductive algorithms, as well as a combination of different methods. Their main feature is a unique design for specif ic conditions of use. An alternative is to use a hierarchical approach where the general problem is divided into a number of subproblems to simplify the decision-making process. There is an urgent need to find new approaches to data processing sys-tems management for mobile robots, which could connect the mathema tical apparatus of the existing methods with a clear structure of hierarchies. Therefore, a new approach to designing the structure for data conversion system when controlling mobile robot. It is based on the principle of data recycling when forming multi-layer fusion technologies of selected models. It improves the quality of its input parameters.

The paper describes a new approach of practical implementation of active memory models to create algorithms and procedures of information coding and decoding technologies for problems of packin g, protection, restoration and the analysis of any format data flows in transfer and storage channels. The methodology of models practical implementation is connected with virtualization of storage channels and channels of data flows transfer or informatio n objects on binary fields of information spaces in information systems and networks. Virtualization and active memory models on binary fields for channels of storage and information objects transfer is shown in the following. Any information object is considered as the binary set, its logical structure is described by active memory model. For m-ing elements of such structure on binary sets in memory are active and passive virtual cells. From a mathematical and logical point of view for practical realization, active memory model has two main functions. First, it defines and sets the scheme and algorithm for creation of optimal information space on a binary set. Second, it defines logical structure for algorithmic schemes of the headings organization for loadi ng information object in information "container" (logical and physical el e-ments) of memory of transfer and storage channels. For practical implementation the authors chose information space configuration in the form of a tuple < X, N>, where X is a final set of N alphabet symbols chains, and N is a final set of binary chains of fixed or variable length. Initial information objects (IO) were described by a tuple , where N is a final set of binary chains of fixed length. And N was defined as a final set of binary chains of variable length for output IO. Information technologies of files packing based on Haffmen and Shannon -Fano's prefix methods were realized within such information space configuration, and optimal information spaces for the packing tech nology to yield the best result are defined. Regularities between capacity and information attributes of file structures on binary fields in coding technologies are defined. Comparative analysis of the practical efficiency for the developed approach regarding software products such as RAR, ZIP, etc., oriented to similar problems solution, identifyed the principal paradigm of the approach: it has a theoretical and methodological development and practical continuation.

This paper proves the explicit and fuzzy probabilities product algorithm theoretically and practically. It is a classical probability theory problem of events calculation product. It ass umes that an event probability can be represented as a fuzzy or explicit number. Such a problem appears whith the need in calculating all of the conflict outcomes probabilities and there is no statistical data about participants’ possible behavior. In this case possible strategies probabilities are assessed by experts in natural language terms and then transformed into fuzzy numbers. To represent a fuzzy probability we use a 5 -level semantic scale with a [0;1] segment as its values’ support and a triangular membership function type. In order to calcu-late the probabilities product it is necessary to accelerate fuzzy number to an integer power and multiply fuzzy number to e x-plicit and another fuzzy number. A method of -cuts and interval arithmetic is used to do that. Since the resulting product is a fuzzy number, we defuzzify it using the longitudinal center of gravity method. Algorithm software implementation is execu t-ed in the Borland Delphi environment.

The article describes the automated engineering processes for specialists of technical solutions synthesis and research specialists. It is based on the research area of "CAD and PC" department scienti fic school of Volgograd State Technical University. The paper describes the model of the multi -agent system for structured physical knowledge processing and “Sophie II” automated system. “Sophie II” is implemented in this model. The research led to creatin g partly formalized mod-els of a multi-agent system and an agent. To implement the interaction between the agents we use the auctions principle. It a l-lows changing the composition of agents. To do this, we used the contract chains model. It implements this principle. While implementing a multi-agent system we used FIPA standard. It regulates the overall system architecture, the agents states and the principles of interaction between agents. All the described models are implemented in the “Sophie II” automate d system. This system allows combining the search techniques of physical effects, the synthesis of the physical principles of action, t he filling the physical effects fund from original sources and the administration of the physical effects database. A uni fied phy s-ical effects database was created. A number of tests was performed to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the "Sophie II". The system has successfully passed the tests.

The article introduces the current problem of developing methods and models of the weighted and indistinct graphs. This problem is considered in connection with aims of forming multi -agent systems. Creating a multi-agent system involves selecting and joint usage of required resources by agents in organizational network. Nowadays the prob lems of re-sources exchange modeling in case of agents’ interaction and multi-agent systems creation still remain insufficiently invest i-gated. This fact causes the expediency of building organization structure based on goal -resource networks (GRN). GRN are a new type of network models that are developed at the intersection of graph theory, resource and agent theories. Models and methods are developed to formate, operate and support multi-agent systems based on weighted multi-graphs. These multi-graphs are focused on formalization of collective goals formation processes and resources exchange between system participants. The software support system of formation, modification and analysis of GRN is constructed. The article presents software interface for network structures analysis, calculation examples of GRN parameters and network structure selection according to the set numerical parameters.

The article describes data representation method for design activity processes in functional adaptable form. A design choice is represented as a set of design procedures and their proce ssing software. It is implemented in the form of an interactive environment for creating functionally adapted CAD systems (FA CAD). This environment has a layered archite c-ture, the user interface on the top level and the database on the bottom level. The a rchitecture includes seven functional sub-systems.The article describes the functional subsystems, their functions, properties and characteristics. Special attention i s on the project management subsystem. It is the main component of an interactive environm ent for creating FA CAD systems. The subsystem links the output data with other functional subsystems. The principles of subsystems interaction with each other are considered using the user interface and the database interaction interface. In terms of inte raction with the user and project management subsystem, all functional subsystems are built on the same principle. It means they have the same stru c-ture. Its components interaction is examined in detail. The structure of th subsystem of FA CAD systems gene ration follows the structure of an interactive environment for creating FA CAD systems. FA CAD systems generation has four stages: loa d-ing model from the database, selecting a functionality set, source code generation and FA CAD system compilation. The a d-vantages of the presented environment structure of creating FA CAD systems are related to the preserving, modifying and further using of model design processes in a distributed automation environment.

The paper researches the possibility of using an additional channel of human-computer communication. It is based on the application of functional stress assessment and/or emotional state of a user to optimize the computer control. This assessment allows implementing several strategies of computer control. The user chooses a control channel or a comb i-nation of channels. When the user’s status indicators for this channel are in a state of a rest, the operating system control s the processes priorities based on current tasks. If the user status indicators reflect stress, management of the processes priorities is carried out using computer resources reallocation for programs and processes needed for the user now. If the user uses co m-puter games or multimedia applications, then some components selected by the user are changed according to user-defined settings and his status. Such components as: the state of a "hero" in computer games, games soundtrack and/or the theme accompanying the user’s work, colors of the games and/or colors of a number of elements designed for working with the oper a-tion system (a type and a status of the interface, including graphics). The authors conclude that the use of a proposed "em o-tional channel" to control the computer, in addition to the existing control ones, will significantly increase the efficiency of its work. It also will reduce the time of waiting for the user tasks completion by the operation system, will optimize the multi-media applications functioning, will bring new opportunities to interact with the operation system, will expand the "hero" functionality in the computer games, etc. Further this will provide the introduction of context -oriented interaction elements into the computer control systems, or, in general, into the information and communication technologies.

In many classification problems there are difficulties with obtaining sufficient amount of labeled documents for train set. At the same time, usually we have many unlabeled documents. This paper describes how to increase the quality of classifier predictions when having relatively small train set in comparison with test set. Non-standard method of forming feature vectors for natural language texts, using peculiar properties of news articles, is described. The paper also describes modifications of a classical linear classifier (logistic regression). We use a modification of st o-chastic gradient descent in order to optimize classifier’s parameters. In addition, we use modified loss functional (enlargin g the margin between classes) to train logistic regression. Apart from that, we suggest original method of transductive learning for logistic regression classifier. To perform transductive learning we define quality functional for unlabeled documents which helps to in crease classification recall sig-nificantly. To test implemented modifications of logistic regression we use “inverse” cross -validation technique. Experi-mental results from using implemented modifications make the positive impact of authors’ modifications of logistic regres-sion classifier and transductive learning on classification quality obvious.
