Abstract: The conditions providing the maximum productivity value of a target product in stirred fermenter in which process of microbiological synthesis with nonlinear кинетикой growth of microorganisms proceeds are considered. Equations for optimal conditions calculation and estimations of possibility non-uniqueness stationary modes are received. The numerical results confirming theoretical conclusions are presented.

Abstract: Article is devoted to a algorithm of numerical solution for optimal control and hard to degenerate linear differential systems. Such systems arise, for example, when creating a balance of dynamic models, in the modeling of measuring devices. The algorithm is implemented in C++, the article shows the block diagram of the program and the results of computer simulation.

43. Objects detection algorithm for permanent monitoring [№3 за 2011 год]

Abstract: In conditions of permanent monitoring, the object detection is performed by Baysian (not Neuman-Pearson’s) approach to statistical hypotheses chase. Permanent character of the process makes it possible to increase precision by accounting a priory probability of the object presence. Recurrent relations for cyclical processing of sequential data are presented in the article.

Abstract: This article describes an approach to management of intellectual resources of projects in the field of nanotechnology. It covers the stages from the initial accumulation of data and obtaining of intellectual resources to creation the models needed to build the knowledge base of the project, which includes all the available intellectual resources. An example of the practical use of the developed approach for the project to obtain glass-matrix composite materials based on titanium carbide is resulted. Particular attention is paid to the phase of research characteristics of the intellectual resources, which are represented in the form of mathematical models, and allow to estimate the oxidative properties of the composites.

Abstract: This article describes an expert system «Express-diagnosis and prognosis of ARVI» constructed on basis of the algorithm deductive fuzzy inference using a base of approximately 1,000 of fuzzy production rules obtained by the expert. Shows the input and output of an expert system, the results of its experimental use of the probability correct diagnosis more than 95 %.
