Abstract: The problem of production function identification in fuzzy environment and supervision over input and output sizes at «soft measurements» level is investigated. Abstract: Modeling of possible ground radioactive contamination plays an important role in time constraint conditions for decision making concerning the prevention and liquidation of emergencies connected with uncontrollable orbit ejection of spacecraft with on-board nuclear power system. For this purpose the software package has been developed which allows solv-ing tasks of operational management, training and carrying out of research activities in the area of furthering safety of using nuclear energy in the outer space.

Abstract: In this work the model of forest fire considering fractal character of front of burning is constructed. Analytical associations of a velocity of distribution of forest fire and sizes of the burnt down site on fractal dimension, time and large forest parameters are discovered. The program on computation of fractal dimensions of forested area by data of aerial photo coverage is made and realized.
