Abstract: In the given work were considered more well-known functions of utility, each of which the numerical solution of the consumer choice’s problem with nonlinear restrictions at updating budget restrictions is investigated using a mathematical method of penalty functions and considering different types of penalty functions.

22. About one approach to the decision of a problem of optimal allocation of hotbed cultures (at present food data of islamic republic iran) [№2 за 2011 год]

Abstract: The problem of optimal distribution of hothouse cultures under conditions of cultivated areas boundedness and fuzzy information environment is resolved. It is used a category of utility as objective function formalized by fuzzy conclusion mechanism. For sampling combinations of distribution of cultivated areas between hothouse cultures are calculated defuzzyficated values of the utility function satisfying to the set restrictions. On the basis of the obtained sample it is carried out neural identification of the utility function generated in the tabular kind.

Abstract: The new approach to solving multicriteria constrained optimization problems is suggested. Objectives and boundary conditions are supposed to be functions of any type instead of assuming any specific terms for them. The decision support system for analog integrated circuits design was realized using a proposed algorithm.

Abstract: The article presents the methodology and the results of mathematical modeling Radio Transparent Co- vering with a broad band boom based on multilayer dielectric media with arbitrary incidence and polarization of electromagnetic waves, to meet the requirement for electromagnetic compatibility. Reliability of the results confirmed by the high coincidence of the output characteristics of RTC derived from mathematical modeling, and analytical formulas.
